Easy to order, $30 less than anywhere I tried. 2 business days and it made it across the country for me. Order was correct, great experience. Highly recommend.

But I live in the suburbs; it could've been any other porch. When I got my replacement, I realized I placed the order for the wrong prescription. Their website states a full refund for returns within 30 days for unopened contacts. They fully denied my return because "it's not our problem your package got stolen from your porch" terrible customer service Take your business elsewhere; they are the same company as Kits and they don't know how to treat customers. No I'm out $192 on useless contacts. Never again

They won't issue me a refund or replacement because I don't have contact prescription. I have prescription for glasses which I also use for contact lenses. The problem isn't my prescription it's defective lenses i curves where all wonky. I was able to use 1 out of 3 boxes. Which is bi-weekly lenses. So imagine my frustration since I paid for them. I will never use them again. I would give a zero star if it was an option.

Wish I could leave a negative review. Terrible ordering experience, over a week delay to even ship the products after they had already billed me. Then dealing with their customer service people who did not know what they were doing and after that have no process for taking down a complaint other than to repeat the same platitudes. They intentionally make ordering, billing, and the entire process as difficult as possible. Not worth any money saved on the contacts, maybe if you have all the time in the world to deal with their horrible customer service. Will never be attempting an order from them again.

After posting my initial review, a manager called me to offer me a compensation and to apologize for the bad service. They even apologized for having to speak to that many people until finally someone offered something reasonable. Therefore, I have updated my review since it took a lot of time and efforts, but I finally got something reasonable!
There was a price mistake on my order, order number *******. I spoke with Andrea, an agent or supervisor. The price was too low for one item in my order. When she pointed it out to me, it made sense and I agreed. Instead of offering me to honor a part of the order at that price since it was their mistake (I offered only 1 item at the discounted price), they said that they would cancel the order or update it with the regular prince and that's it. They said that they could cancel any order at any time for any reason they want. They refused to offer me a special price or compensation of any kind for their mistake. I had to wait a week before they noticed their mistake...
Since Andrea would not budge nor offer me to speak to her boss, I've then decided to cancel my whole order (even the other items). She would not let me know who was her boss or how to contact that person. She hung up on me when I asked her for more information about what I could do to talk to someone else. She was rude and unprofessional and I still do not know if my order was canceled. It is the first time I have such rude service from someone. I am shocked. I would like to be contacted by someone in HR so that I can file a formal complaint against Andrea, hoping that they would meet her and offer her tools to improve at her job. I hope that no one else gets treated like that by her. I felt that the fact that English is not my mother tongue played a role in how she treated me.

I bought my contacts from ContactsExpress for 7 years. I would typically spend about $170 per year on lenses from them, always buying 4 boxes of the same contacts. I went to buy my yearly supply in 2023 with their convenient "reorder" button and was floored to see the checkout price of $436. I spoke with customer support and they claimed the manufacturer increased prices so they had to follow suit, raising their price to $109 per box. It took me about 3 minutes to find another retailer (contactlensking) selling the same contacts for $29 per box. The ContactsExpress customer service agent guided me through the process of applying for a price match, but their billing department rejected the price match, simply saying "the price is too low".
Not much to say except everything worked as you would expect if buying from Amazon. The only ding is the 10 day delivery. Otherwise, all was fine.
Ordering from this company is not worth the hassle. I ordered over 20 business days ago and they kept saying that the order was "on its way". I am no longer even in the location where the items were shipped to, as I was expecting them to arrive within "5-7 business days". When I called, the man on the phone was extremely rude and would not even listen to what I was saying. I have someone checking the location to see if the item has arrived, but no luck and its been so long. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. STAY AWAY! They need better shipping services and to re-train their workers - will not be ordering here ever again, and quite upset about the money lost.

My contacts were significantly cheaper through contact express. Shipping took 4 days to Alberta. Super timely and great price.
Absolutely VILE customer service. Rude service staff who don't bother to read the whole issue and instead just belittle you without listening to the issue. Horrible company and I will never order my contacts from them again. Not to mention the product came late AND damaged. But apparently I'm not owed any form of compensation or return. HAH! Stay away!
The cost of ordering Contact Lens was about 40% less than using my Optometrist. Unfortunately they did not has my particular prescription in stock but was advised immediately and received my lenses in about 8 days instead of 4 days. No issues.

Good contacts but beware of false advertising. I was sent an email in the morning stating my contacts were available at 50% off. I thought this is to good to be true. I made my order a few hours later. Then I was told a few days later that they didn't have my relatively common contact in stock.
This is unfortunately a sale gimmick called "Bait and switch". It's illegal under Canadian law. They offered a different contact for a much higher price. Please just beware. I guess they have officially lost my business and that of my family. Not sure if they really are Canadian,. The "help centre" said it was from California, maybe they just hire out of country. Not sure what to believe anymore…

I order 2 boxed of 90 days acuvu lens, but the lens I receive was garbage. My vision still blur after having their lens and my eyes hurt after wearing their lens. Tried to contact them but cannot get my money back at all. 180obo goes into toilet

I placed an order and was told it'd ship within 3 business days. It's now been over a week and they had to ship them overnight since I was going out of town. They didn't charge extra but who in their right mind uses a completely unknown parcel service to deliver? Got 10 different answers to my question and had to call customer service to get a straight answer. Twice i was treated nicely, then had people be rude in the chat feature. Bad. May have been a great price, but not worth the stress.

It says next day delivery in Sourthern Ontario. I just found out that my order, placed on Monday is still not in transit, and it is coming from BC depot. Unable to confirm when it will be shippped and likely not going to arrive by Friday. I previously user Cleary Contracts but due to the urgency, i thought the Ontario depot of Contact Express would be faster - it is NOT! I encourage you to use someone else, as these guys, place zero value on customer service.
I purchased a pair of contact lenses from ContactsExpress.ca at what appeared to be an attractive price. Unbeknownst to me, the company adds on a hidden "processing fee" that increases the price by up to 30%!
The fee is not visible during the transaction or invoicing as it is hidden away in the subtotaling. As a frequent online buyer, I normally put my faith into the company's billing and don't always double check the amounts. Big mistake with this company!
I'm entitled to a refund but it only covers the product and excludes shipping and the hidden processing fee.
Very shady practice! Their prices are too good to be true! Don't buy from them. Go with a more trustworthy brand.
I have been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks for the last few times. They promise that you will receive your package in 3 to 5 days - didn't happen yet for me in the last 2 years.
I ordered from them expecting quick delivery like stated on their website but it took 4 days. I emailed them telling them I needed them to SEE and I need them urgently. They replied basically saying they can't send them any faster. They showed up with non-prescription lenses in them. So disappointed. Good glasses and price but terrible customer service.
I have been ordering from them for about a decade. I only had one order I did not receive. It is possible the package was stolen from the mailbox. I may or may not have been refunded. It was a while ago.

I've been a customer for years.My last order took longer than usual, and I received a call from a lady from another city. It was sent to her address, since the street names, only the street names, are the same, and their shipping label is generated automatically. I e-mailed about it, they said they'll fix it.
So I wait for the delivery, once again longer than expected. E-mail them, find out the same thing happened. I was offered to either be refunded, or that this time the shipping address will be written by hand. I can't even track the order, and it is still not here. I was really hoping to have my lenses at least for the holiday season. Very disappointing.
Something happened at this company I assume, because this level of negligence is something very new. They lost a long-term customer, and I will make sure to advise all of my friends who use their service to switch to a different provider, but evidently, Contactsexpress doesn't care about it.

I recently purchased 4 boxes of contact lenses and only was on my first pair when after a couple weeks of wearing them I noticed almost from the first few days that they had a film over the lenses. Only two hours a day were somewhat clear then after that they were blurry and irritating. I reached out to contacts express for them to help. Asked if maybe they were a defective batch. They said; " send us a copy of your prescription so we can make sure you ordered correctly". So I did. They emailed me back to say only this: " return the unopened boxes for a refund". So, 2 of the 4 boxes they will refund and the other two boxes I have to eat the cost. So I took another pair of lenses from the opened boxes to try them and same issue! Blurry film after 2 hours. They emailed and basically in a nut shell; The manufacturer can't open the remaining lenses to see if they're defective or it voids the warranty. So I pay over $255.00 for 6 mos supply and they Don't stand behind the products they sell.
BUYER BEWARE IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY FROM CONTACTS EXPRESS, DON'T EXPECT ANY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THEM. THEY HAVE NONE!

The first order of contacts was fine and shipped fairly quickly.
The second order however that I made 3 weeks ago still hasn't shipped.
It's disappointing that they take orders and payment and only afterwards inform the customer that they are in fact out of stock
Worse than this is their complete lack of follow up and communication on when the order will ship.
I was told that the order would shipped within 5-7 business days
When that date came and went there weren't any updates from them
I have to keep chasing them to get information.
They say that they will "try " to get more information for me, how generous of them.
Then it will "maybe" ship at the end of the week.
Now that the second shipping date has passed I will have to email again them to get an update.
There's a complete lack of ownership and consideration.
The contacts I ordered were a little cheaper than Clearlycontacts.
However Clearly can be relied upon to ship promptly and their customer service is vastly superior.
I know who I'll be ordering from next time
I ordered my contact lenses on May 23rd and it is currently June 3rd and I have yet to receive my contact lenses. When checking out, I specifically chose and PAID FOR 1-3 business day shipping. After a week and a half of waiting, I emailed them to find out what was taking so long. I got an email saying,"Oops, sorry, they're delayed. There's nothing we can do about it". They didn't send me an email or tell me that anything would be delayed nor did they keep me updated on the progress. If I would have known that they were going to take 2 weeks when they promised 1-3 days, I would have ordered them through my optometrist (yes I would have paid extra but at least they would have been there on time). Next, I emailed them on Friday to ask when I would receive them and they said Monday and that I would receive a tracking number. It is currently Saturday and no word from them, no tracking number, and clearly no contacts.
I'm graduating from university in a few days and then leaving to Asia for a month. Guess who is going to have to cross the stage and scuba dive in glasses. This gal. This company is legitimately ruining life milestones for me (and yes, 2 weeks is plenty of time to order contact lenses) with their lack of customer service.
So save yourself the trouble and order through a different company. This is an absolute joke of a company. Their customer service is infuriating and they lie about shipping times. Unprofessional and unreliable. If I actually receive my contact lenses by Monday and the company starts taking my order seriously, I'll revise this review but until then, stay away from contactsexpress.ca
