Your offer was for free shipping, but that was not taken off at checkout. I assume that means only free shipping in Canada, but you should make that clearer. And there was no way to read the fine print for the offer.

Your email offers for one day only of free shipping sucks...i placed an order today and didn`t check my email yesterday... there where two seperate offers that included free shipping one for50 orders and one for100 orders,...but because i didn`t have time to check email yesterday i loose out? Should have a grace period here or something?
