Great product, excellent shipping service
Awesome really fast delivery time
It was quick and easy. I would like it if, when showing the colour contacts if we knew the model's real eye colour or a before and after picture would be helpful. Sadly, I tried both sets of colours of contacts that I ordered. Everything is blurrier than when I use nothing.

I am very pleased with the contacts I received. I found it frustrating though that I was not able to use the coupon code I received by email. I tried to call customer service and was told to call back another time because they were too busy. I used the "chat now" option on the website and was very pleased with the person (who was in training) that I talked with. She was very helpful and apologetic. However, I was not able to apply the coupon code to my order because I was an American customer but was charged as a Canadian customer. I tried several times to call customer service to clear it up, per the "chat now" representative, but was not able to get through. I really would like to use this company in the future but it would only be worth it if I can use the coupons.
