Smooth and intuitive ordering process (I like that the site remembers my orders) and competitive pricing.

I wish I had known about your sale the week after I placed the order. I could have saved an additional 20 percent but it was already shipped out! All and all a fair transaction at a 50 percent savings over the local doc, so how can I complain!

Was easy and nice, like the coupons even though you had to spend $100 or more and I could not use it. Also it was very fast!
