We have been working with Smart Financial for a little over a month now and all I can say is wow! Our account Manager April is attentive to our needs and always answers our emails and calls in a timely manner. April has helped us grow our business by 16 households in the last month. I would highly recommend Smart Financial to anyone who is interested in Web Leads.

Absolutely do not waste your money with this company I mainly did the live transfers and never sold one of them. I got charged for leads when I was on the other line and didn't answer the phone and was also charged and not given a refund for a live transfer that wasn't even looking for health insurance. The reason for the denial was that I hadn't taken enough of their horrible leads. The office I work in bought over 1000 of their data leads and not one of them sold. I even had every filter that they had on and I was still getting crap leads. This company is a joke!

Over half the calls that come in are for people looking to speak with their 21st Century agent. They claim to have the best return policy, but denied a return for someone who was looking to report an accident.
Had trouble with our account manager taking care of our returns & getting back to us in a timely manner, so we got a new account manager. Within a couple of weeks, we were having the same issues with the new one.
Between the horrible leads that are sold and the unhelpful account managers, you will find yourself spending more time on returns than working good-quality leads.
Our office has bought $1000 worth of leads at BOGO 50% off, and we have not even made $500 yet. Id recommend putting your money elsewhere.
