Jenna was great handling my case. She keep me updated and informed. She also explained the whole process in great detail so that I would understand completely. I felt like Consumer Attorneys really understood my goals in the case and represented those to perfection.

I have had issues in the past with my background checks with uber and lyft that were solved in a matter of a week or two, but in 2023, no one would help me, so i went the legal route and filed suit. I just wanted to come and leave an EXTREMELY positive review for Consumer Attorneys. I lost a good job because of an inaccurate background check and I figured "well, what could I do?" I had no idea. She answered any questions I had, we joked around and she kept me motivated to not let this experience discourage me from going after jobs I wanted out of the fear of being rejected if this happened again. She reminded me that if I ran into this issue again, C.A. Would be there for me and that was when I realized they care about people. As cliche as it sounds, they really do look out for the little guy. They resolved my case super fast. I usually hear about things like this dragging out for years but Consumer Attorneys was in and out like a thief in the night. That's a joke. I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE. Seriously.

Worked with this platform (its not a law firm) for weeks. They could not get the facts straight (even after putting all facts in writing).
