Excellent training videos and information, and really enjoyed discussions relating to all aspects of when and how to decide if you should use your weapon to protect yourself or others, and what is imminent danger. How to try and diffuse a situation, rather than escalate it. Since our class ended up with more no shows than attendees, I really felt like we got extra attention to our individual questions and participated more in the discussions. I would give Alexander Martinez an A+ rating for his knowledge and real life explanations. This training far exceeded my expectations.

My only problem is that I would like to know full details of the process before starting to watch video and pay for things. I feel like there is less opportunity to compare prices with other options etc.
