Ordered a t-shirt. Not t-shirt material. Design is fuzzy. Avoid at all costs. I knew there were bad reviews but I thought a t-shirt would be ok. Nope.

The items I received are so high quality and colors are beautiful. Shipping was also quick. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.

My items were of horrible quality. I ordered sweatshirts, but they were made from a stiff shiny polyester material (nothing like a sweatshirt—more like a really bad track jacket). The printing was also much smaller than pictured. It was lower quality than the clothing from 5 below. I am still attempting to return. They keep asking for more info/pictures, etc. they won't give me the return address.

Edit—they swear the item is of the highest quality and would not accept a return. After I filed with my payment method, I heard from a different customer service company that agreed to refund 30%, which I still haven't seen. Ugh.

Wish I could give this company a zero. They take 7-10 days to process an order and who knows how long to ship the order. I have cancelled my order and requested a refund. I doubt if I will actually get my money returned. Terrible company. Don't order from them unless you enjoy throwing your money awayl.
