DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have VERY poor customer service! I requested a refund over a month ago and they keep telling me it's being processed via an email, there is no phone number to reach them and talk to someone directly. I wish I would of seen their reviews before ordering!

Shop shipped my order quickly, it arrived in less than a week after ordering. Item is true to description and comes with a coupon code for a future purchase.

I ordered, VG*******, and paid $134.75 for four items on 8/27/24 and received on 9/10/24 an incomplete order in which one item was missing, another item was duplicated and the remaining pants were too small and the blouse was nothing like what was pictured. Most items appeared to be poor mockups or copies made from pictures of more expensive garments, and I surrmise they lifted those pictures from another company for use on their website. There were no care instructions or fabric content tags in any of the items. They were not linen as was described on the website. As their website instructs, I contacted customer support via email on the 9/10/2024 because their phone does not connect. Three emails later they've delayed giving out that that address with " take pictures of your items so we can help you." I refused to do that. Or "...write back in 5-7 days to save time and we will connect your application for return with the relevant departments."
Obviously they do not have a return/refund process. It's just a way to make quick money. I reported them to the government and contacted my credit card company for a chargeback and changed my credit card number, so I can't get a refund even if they finally send a return address, which I sincerely doubt. Now I have crap merchandise and/or it doesen't fit!

Nice packaging, good quality, and overall great company! I have already recommended to so many people and I can't wait to purchase from them again! Would give 10 stars if possible!

If there were 0 stars, that is what they would get. I also, like others, ordered St Patrick's day items, and tried cancelling three times before they emailed me today, the DAY BEFORE St Patrick's day that it has been shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They SUCK!

Ordered 2 sweatshirts over 2 months ago. Had to send 6 emails before I was given a response that the order was "checked and all the items are ready in the warehouse" Was told that I would receive a shipping notification when the order has shipped. No email was sent. I requested a refund because I still had no notification from the company. Was offered a $5 coupon instead. BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is my third purchase from here and I can honestly say that I have zero desire to buy elsewhere. The customer service is top notch (thank you) and the prices are very competitive.

Scam company don't buy from them you will not ever get your product. Kept my money for 2 months never gave me my stuff and never provided a date of arrival or shipping date. Run from them.
