Processing took about 10 days before the product was even shipped out. Took almost a month to receive the product. The "sweatshirt", if you can call it that, was a paper thin polyester type of material, thinner than a T-shirt. And the graphic looks like it was done on an inkjet printer. I've gotten better quality on Wish. Way overpriced for what it is.

Ordered a top approximately a month ago and haven't even seen delivery information yet. Have sent messages to customer service and they just say coming soon. Ask for refund and nothing yet! Appears to be a scam! Dont waste time or money on this site!

I really loved the sweatshirt in the picture, what I got after 3 weeks of waiting was not what I ordered. Very poor quality, when asked to get a refund they said it would take a long time and offered me a $10 discount coupon

I chose a hooded sweatshirt for my wife based on the appearance and quality reflected in the photo of the product on the website. What I finally received almost 1.5 months later looks like cheap trash. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

The order took 2 months for half my purchase to arrive. Then when I opened the package I was very disappointed. The quality is extremely poor and I only received half my order. A huge waste of money. I won't wear the clothes because they are so ugly!

Horrible quality. Item was not what was pictured. It was not made of cotton, doesn't stretch like a regular hoodie. Item was pictured solid green but it is some sort of white felt inside. No tag saying what it's made of. Complete garbage. Tried calling customer service, it's a fake number it says "user busy" emailed them, got an automated response saying it takes them a long time to go through returns and to be patient. All the positive reviews for this company are completely fake. They don't send you what's in the picture, they don't honor their return policy, they just offer 10% off coupons to purchase more crappy products from them. Complete and total scam!

The shirt I ordered from the website looked like a nice long sleeve sweatshirt. What I got was a shiny shirt in completely different material. When I contacted the company they said I had to pay to have it shipped back to China so instead would I accept a $10 discount coupon. Are you kidding me? Like I would ever buy anything from them again.

Website false advertises everything. Products ship from China (shocker) and look nothing like the pictures you see on the site. Kiss your money goodbye. They refuse to refund me my money after I received a cheap, shiny shirt. I filed with the BBB and Attorney General

I love all the variety of clothes and shoes you offer at great, affordable prices. But the sizing of those products is too inconsistent. This makes it harder, and therefore, more inconvenient to shop. And I wish you had quicker ways of shipping besides standard which is two weeks or more... wanted my order here for a special occasion in a week but there were no options to choose from. Oh well... It's my first order and I sure hope the items fit! Thanks!

I ordered an item and the funds went through immediately but the item hasn't shipped nor can they tell me when it will ship. Their response was "wait patiently". Their site says ASAP they will ship items. They would not allow me to cancel my order. Beware!

Not only did it take 2 months to get here but when I received it the quality is horrible. There's even a spelling error. It's supposed to say redeemed and it says redeeme. Ugh! I'm just thankful I didn't make a

It's genuinely refreshing to buy from someone who has so much transparency about their process of designing, testing, ordering, preparing, and shipping their products. Their Social media communication, solid website, and ridiculously fast shipping are all huge pluses.

This web store is doing everything right. Been following it for 6 months now and they always impress me with their quality and ability to deliver meaningful goods. I like this brand I can not express it enough, can't wait to see the future of it

Charged my credit card (took the money) for my order and did NOT receive items & I have asked for refund several times. Been trying for over 2 months with them. Not a good or trustworthy website/company.

Sadly, I was very disappointed with the dress I ordered from your company. First of all, it arrived THREE weeks after I put in my order. I needed it for an event and it never arrived in time. Two, once it arrived, I was shocked to find the dress poorly made and the material was of cheap quality. Third, the dress didn't even fit me; although I ordered it in my normal size. I can't even wear it.

I usually try and support companies when I am a consumer. But I have to give your company a bad rating and will not be purchasing anything else from you again in the near future.

First off, the quality of the products I received are extremely low grade. They look nothing like the garments displayed in the online pictures. When I emailed concerning my thoughts, they told me I could return the package to China, at my own expense of course, or if I kept it, they would give me a 10 percent off coupon. Needless to say, I turned down the coupon. This company is not what it appears to be.
