This was the worst company I have dealt with. Took 28 days to get.
The tee shirt was so long I could wear for night gown, and dog design sweatshirt, terrible material.
Stiff and sizing very odd…getting ride of both items. Very disappointed…waster over 50.00 dollars

I've ordered so many clothes from here it's insane. The customer service is also amazing. If something isn't right they go above and beyond to make sure any issues are fixed. Also they really care about their customers.

Ordered a sweater, didn't need to deal with customer service since everything went smoothly. Nice sweater (although it was one size only, which is a little unusual - they have a few of those), good quality and fast shipping, packed nicely.
A little pricey for what it is but seems worthwhile when on sale or promo code.

I love how fast they are about emailing me back if there's a problem with my order. Super fast and reliable. Plus I bought a shirt from here like one year ago, washing it like every few days, and it is still really good looking. No color fading, stitching hasn't frayed at all, still really elastic.

This was my first order and did have something mis-ship. Although they were slow to respond from my initial email request for help, four days later they fixed it quickly. My replacement was at my house within 1 week. All the items were so cute. I already have another cart going.

I ordered three shirts, one skirt, one boots and love them all.This store also has a lot of accessories, hats, etc… Everything thing I have purchased was perfectly fitted to my size that's comfortable for me! I order in advance even if I don't have anything planned.Most of the time, I'm overwhelmed because they have so many options. Thank you Comstylish!

STAFF communicated in a timely manner and genuinely showed an interest in ensuring I was happy with my purchase. They went above and beyond, creating a positive experience for me with the brand, an experience I've never had be this positive with any other webstore. Beware! Total scam site. Stay away. Lost over $60 when I was given the runaround about exchanging two items. I should have done research before ordering. I ordered what was pictured as beautiful knit sweaters but instead received two cheap sweatshirts with a sweater image printed on the material. Pathetic.

I wonder how it would be possible to have a good experience with this company. I have no way to reach them after receiving my purchase about a month after I ordered it - I was kind of surprised to get anything after reading reviews. I received a polyester printed sweater - nothing like the image pictured on the website. STAY AWAY!

I should have read reviews before falling for the scam. Everything said by others is also my experience. Shoddy fabric and construction, fit is way smaller than measured and labeled sizes, and returns are completely impossible. Truly an internet marketing scam.

For returns due to sizing, sent email and replied with if no answer in 5-7 days, ask for update. Now it's a growing problem with "can't return due to high cost, buy something for 30% off". Why would I do that?!?!?!?!

It is not disclosed anywhere that products come from China. If there is any reason to return or change, it is a big deal and they simply offered a 20% coupon to use in the future, which I do not intend to do.

I was searching for items and had a cart full of things. Came back another day and switched a size, dropped one item, added another. Paid with Paypal, one transaction. Next thing I know 2 identical orders are coming. I told them to cancel one, but it had been sent. I will work with Paypal on this, but it seemed to happen too easily. Comstylish will not refund for the extra set.

As to quality, the prints are obviously superficial on the fabric. The seams are not flat, with some twists in them on the bias that keep the item from hanging well. I am 5'6", 110 lbs and the size that fits is XL. L is too small. Over all very cheap materials, poor workmanship, and irregular shaping.

I would give this company - or any that you cannot verify its origin - a pass.

I ordered "Comfy cotton linen pants," "Loose pocket patchwork linen casual pants" and "Japanese Lino art linen blend maxi dress" in April 2024. What came was NOT linen, polyester or maybe a polyester rayon mix. The clothes have no tags so I'm guessing. I requested to return my purchase in May and have been disputing with Comstylish for two months. They want me to pay to return the items to China! Have not said how much that would cost. Instead keep offering me discounts on further Comstylish purchases! This company ought to be barred from advertising in the US.

Customer service non-existent. Can't get refund for order never received. Ph# doesn't connect. Emails are a run around. They keep replying via email that they will look into it. They haven't. I've sent 20 emails at this point. Same every time.

My items were of horrible quality. I ordered sweatshirts, but they were made from a stiff shiny polyester material (nothing like a sweatshirt—more like a really bad track jacket). The printing was also much smaller than pictured. It was lower quality than the clothing from 5 below. I am still attempting to return. They keep asking for more info/pictures, etc. they won't give me the return address.

Edit—they swear the item is of the highest quality and would not accept a return. After I filed with my payment method, I heard from a different customer service company that agreed to refund 30%, which I still haven't seen. Ugh.

The worst quality. The fabric is so thin. And it looks as if someone just took a picture and had it placed on sweatshirts made by a cheap mass produced sweat shop. I can't even return it because you need the original packaging. I will never buy from here again. Please don't be fooled by fake positive reviews! Those sweatshirts should be $9.99. SCAM!

Complete bait and switch. Pictured as a soft cotton grey sweatshirt looks like a shiny dollar store version that is hard not soft with white felt inside. Absolutely not cotton and not even wearable bc I'm afraid of the chemicals used to make it. There is no tag on it that lists the materials or how to wash it. I'm contacting the better business bureau. Warning, do not buy from this site! Also delivery was slow and the email I received when shipped did not seem to be from a professional authentic business.

Not material in the picture! (Picture looks like thick sweater material, actual item is a very cheap polyester!) items run extremely small! Never buying from again! Item took 12 weeks to arrive!
