I initially purchased a Dell from Computers4LessTN and it was immediately slower than my previous Dell. After a couple of weeks with the same problem I decided it must be my service provider so they sent a technician who verified that the laptop was only processing 24mbps at the tops, where as my phone was processing well over 100. Throughout this process Scott was very patient and we corresponded with each other more than a dozen times. Finally, he decided that the laptop should be returned. I replaced it with an HP that is working very well, except for several blackouts when I'm playing old people computer games. I will keep a list of when this happens for my info, but in terms of integrity, response and customer service I would highly recommend Computers 4 less for your used laptop needs.
I needed a high-performance laptop but I couldn't afford a brand new one. The laptop I purchased from Computers 4 Less went for around $3k new and I paid a little more than $1k. It more than meets my needs. I couldn't be happier. They are straight up about the fact that these are used and will probably have scratches, but mine looks like brand new. Shipping was fast and when I asked a question, they responded within a few hours. Thank you so much! I would purchase from again and again.
Ive Been buying computers from this guy for years always gives me the best deals for my money I highly recommend him and he fixed my broken laptop now it works great.!
I bought a 9020 sff. 500gb hdd. 8 gb of ram
I5 4070. Sad part is I could have got the same one with 16gb of ram and a 500gb ssd for 80$ less on amazon. Imo this place is a ripoff
I did not get all the items that I ordered. I am still waiting to receive the mouse for my computer. I wrote back and have not heard anything.
NY computer has a admin and password on it I can't do any updates I have message the owner Nad he replied one time and won't reply back I need this computer for work but I can not download any apps because it says it has to be updated
Received the wrong laptop initially, they were quick to respond to the problem and send a return label. Not so fast to resend the computer which was initially advertised to have an I7 processor came with an I5, they swapped the processor in about a week. The laptop arrived even more damaged then the first time which is saying something and had some brown sticky substance on it inside and out (not everywhere not trying to exaggerate shouldn't have had any). Mane problem is a constant humming and the fact that it quickly overheats which means to me that it wasn't reassembled properly.
Bought a used computer that didn't work when it arrived had to wait over two weeks for a replacement charger. It did start to work after getting the new charger.
The ordering was a little tricky and it came with no directions. I am 72 and I need a little help. Oh well.
The price was great and so was the shipping. But I have never experienced a heavier laptop
I will contact the company to see if another computer which has the same features is available. This would be tiresome to carry around in my briefcase. Other than that. I am satisfied with the company
I bought the laptop for my girlfriend. I chose 1 day delivery. It didn't arrive until 5 days later. If it wasn't a gift, that would be fine. The information on the website needs to be accurate. I turned on the computer; the startup is slow. Then again, it was what I expected. Kind of.
I received a Lenovo ThinkPad 460. The keys on the keyboard does not match the mapping for an American keyboard. When I type an lower case a I get the following\a. I've check the drivers for the keyboard. It's up to date. The FN key ends up closing the app I'm in at the time, instead of giving me access to the higher functions of the F keys. I don't know if it's a setting messed up in the BIOS. Typing works just fine when I use a USB Microsoft Natural keyboard. Other than this glitch, it's working fine.
Computer came as described and before estimated shipping date. Would have been nice if listing included that there is no wireless card, but it wasn't misleading, so still 5 *
Received my order on time and have been pleased. Very well put together unit. Would not hesitate to order again.
My daughters computer was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and according to the tracking hasn't even been shipped. They emailed them but haven't heard back yet.
