“Defective stocking/no refund”

I purchased an expensive stocking for a procedure and paid an additional $30 to expedite shipping. Stocking was defective and could not be used. They refused to refund my purchase and offered to provide a new stocking maybe in two weeks. Not helpful at all. Had to purchase a stocking elsewhere.

I JUST RECEIVED A SHIPMENT NOTICE…I AM NOT SURPRISED, AFTER MY DISCOURSE, WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.…I AM BEING SENT THE EXACT STOCKINGS THAT I RETURNED, FOR EXCHANGE….PLUS, IT COST ME AN ADDITIONAL $19.
These were my enclosed instructions + I spoke to a customer rep:
Exchange the 2 pairs of style #971CXLW99/S order#******* for
3 pair of the Sigvaris/style noted below/ color Black/size LL
Sigvaris 841C Soft Opaque Closed Toe Knee Highs 15-20 mmHg…any price differential, to be charged to my VISA.
