Great selection and pair pricing
Customer Service did not provide correct guidance on return items. Spent $20.00 on shipping/restock fee to get correct size and return unused package. Definitely not happy with this company. Wait time to speak with Customer Service over 30 minutes.

It's been almost a month and I still do not have the credit for the hose I returned. Their policy is no refunds ever! They do not return phone calls but will send an emai in reply. The email replys often don't address the issue in question at all. An example of this is my request to have my credit applied to offset the cost of the replacement hose I ordered. Their reply was a thank you for your order message and an invoice for the full amount with no mention of my credit. They do follow their own written policy regarding returns. This has been one of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with. A rating of poor is better than they deserve. Save yourself a headache and take your business to a more reputable company.

Never received my order. When I finally get a hold of them, 20-40 minute wait times. Said since my address was wrong the post office returned it. They blamed the return on the fact that I didn't put Drive at the end of the street name. They said I would be a 25% restocking fee and a partial refund. I refused the refund and disputed the charge with the credit card company.

Ordered two compression Arm sleeves July 17th. Received them August 28th. Sleeves were way to tight just above wrist. I ordered med, the same as I always order with Juzo. My wrist is 6 inches so should have fit. I was on hold for 30 minutes and the service desk closed when I was on hold. I went on line and requested return and the message came back they were not eligible because it as past 30 days. It took them 45 days to send them.
I will never order truform or use compression sale
