As it is my first purchase I have to get used to the struggle to put them on and take them off. I realize that to be effective they need to be snug, but it takes getting used to the time and struggle to put them on and off. Also I realize for the coming warm weather I need the sheer. I think they will help with swollen feet an ankles.

Ordered a long and a short pair; both came long length.
Stay away from this site. Returns are not easy, and to top it off they charged my card without authorization and then have the worst customer service.

Did not get my ten percent off order that I was promised
Here is an update. I've still not received the compression stockings I ordered back in Nov and now the company is refusing to answer my inquiries by phone or email. Phone, I get the stock answer that they aren't responsible and email I am getting no reply. So, basically, they took my money for the stockings. I never got the stockings, but they feel they are entitled to keep my money for a product I have not received.
Plus side, I found the same stockings I use on AMAZON. I will order them from there from now on.
I had ordered some compression hose in Nov, received the tracking number and email showing it shipped. As of today, the hose have not arrived and I have been reaching out to them for over a month to get either a replacement order sent or a refund. I've been told each time they will reach out to their shipping or have a manager contact me and nothing.
Today, I called again and stated I have not heard anything and finally got to the point where I asked to speak to a manager, the rep stated that managers won't take calls and they would call me back. I said I was already told that and never heard anything back.
NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!

Great! Our second purchase.
Ordered queen size panty hose. I usually wear a size 12/14. These had a 22" waist maybe fit for a size 5/6. I followed all directions for returning including several emails. Was supposed to get a merch credit. No refund if you try something on. A month has gone by. Tracking says they were received. I sent an email a week ago. No response. No merchandise credit. Awful company. Very underhanded. Contacting BBB and my credit card company

Waiting for exchange of trouser socks for 2 more pair of black knee highs...will comment when all is done.
Return of the wrong item sent was very time consuming and difficult.
Good service from chat. First time socks did not cut the back of the knee. Had 2 knee replacements and these give even pressure all the way around. Design fits the toe with out excess that can fold. Petite measurement chart was accurate.
