Love them! They do the job. Had no swelling or pain in my legs the whole time I was at work and on my feet for 8 to 10 hours.
I sent a return and they lied about my having worn them, I only tried them on once. They used a fake photo of some other tights. They argued about the returns then when they finally issued a credit it expired within 2 weeks. Plus the amount of postage they deduct for returns is excessive. Customer service people are rude and deceptive. DO NOT ORDER.
I received the leg brace in an acceptable time. It was good quality, but did not work for me. I returned it.
The price paid was $152.98. Compressionalble returned $109.49 To my Bank account. The mail return cost $55.57. I spent $152.98 and ended up with $53.49.A loss of almost $100.002/3 of the original cost. The return charge by CompressionSale is extremely excessive. Socks were packed in a thin plastic bag for shipping. No protective wrap or shipping box. So Sigvaris box got seriously crushed in shipping. Customer Service rep at the company told me CompressionSale always ships without a box... if I want a box, I would need to choose a more expensive shipping method. Socks were okay.
frustration. Placed order for JUZO 20-30 compression full foot, thigh high, silicone border 2 pair. Only 1 pr was placed in cart. Ordered 30-40 compression, 1 pr is fine. tried to make it one order.
It says "Thank you for your order". Yet I have not placed order ! your payment sequence seems to be messed up. I have not place payment info yet the order has been placed. CONFUSING.
I ordered 2 pair of stockings- same size different colors. Wore one pair about 3 hours - returned for exchange because of fit; also returned unopened pair. Had to pay shipping plus another fee. Now have exchanged stockings and they still don't fit. Now I have to go through the same process of paying for return + other unknow expense. Do not plan to order from this vender again.
it was really hard to find past items...I tried searching by name brand and ultra sheer knee highs and it took me to the whole name brand section and I had to scroll through pages
I submitted an order about 2:30 but did not receive confirmation. Went back to web site and order page was still open so I completed (again) form and this time it went through. Have I ordered 3 pairs of knee Highs? or 6? Also, where is color chart for Jobst stockings?
I'm disappointed that an order placed on December 28 wasn't received until January 10. I didn't receive any communications about my order shipping until January 5, one week after my order was placed. Then when it was shipped the arrival date kept slipping. Overall, I'm not very impressed with my experience and the follow-through on this order.
I'm guessing that if you know exactly what you want to purchase from CompressionSale.Com, then it might be an OK place to buy from, but, if you're not 100% sure, they make life challenging for you.
First of all, they say "Free Shipping" on most orders but you have to spend a certain amount to get that free shipping and I did not qualify. But, I was willing to pay the shipping so I ordered. While I like what I ordered, it did not fit. So, if I wanted to exchange the item (more $ to ship it back and then more $ to get my exchanged item), I could do so but the shipping cost was getting out of hand and who knew if the item would work so I decided to just return it. But, even though they so you can return for a refund, you basically can't. They would only give me a credit which, of course, meant that I would be buying items and paying for more shipping. We went back and forth so many times and they just wouldn't bend on their policy which is NOT very clear on their website.
I used my credit but will never shop from them again.
There isn't any link to cancel the order or let me know what the shipping delivery time will be....I had to look all over the web site to find an estimated shipping option which I would have liked to possibly modify.....very confusing. After the PayPal confirmation normally I was directed back to your web site and you placed the order without my reviewing it....very strange....I also don't know if this is a "Pair" of sleeves or just one?????.....Jay Gerber
I was trying to find a product that had a different # 3 years ago. It would have been more helpful if the site indicated an item # that was formerly..... so that I knew that was the product I was looking for.
I am female, 5'4" tall, weight 135 pounds. I measured my ankles and calves. Selected hosiery size based on shoe size and measurements. I had a very difficult time putting them on. Feet went to sleep while wearing. Not going to use this pair.

I placed a different shipping address (which is correct) but the billing address was also changed automatically which is wrong.
Compressionsale.com customer service is almost rude if you want to return a product, even if just exchanging it!
Tip for consumers:
I found their customer service agent, Alex is almost rude. Would have never ordered from compression socks.com if I had known a simple exchange of product was this bad. What a shame as I have a dozen older socks to replace in the near future and was testing to see if this was the place to purchase all my socks from.

I have been wearing compression sox from a different company for 15 years. They are no longer in business so I tried one pair. Disappointed because they are 3 inches shorter and 1 inch shorter from open toe to heal...makes it very difficult to get another sock over without rolling the open toe area and doubling the open toe area over itself.
After months disputing their 25% restocking fee, I gave the green light, just to be done with it. To my surprise, they gauged their fee and deducted about 50% of the price I paid. I am so unhappy with their customer service. Be ware, they are not fair and don't care about their customers.

communications were awful. I started with chat and Victoria came on line but after I entered my question she never responded so after about 10 minutes I ended the chat. I next attempted to call and was on hold for another 10 minutes. I did send an email and did get a response. When I attempted to place the order online it declined my payment via Paypal several times and then declined my order before I ever entered my credit card info

What I selected and what was ordered was not correct. I ordered XL 20-30 and XL 30-40 both open toed but when I got my receipt it said both 20-30 and one small and one XL.
Felt ripped off because I had to return product. I had to pay $10 shipping and 25% of my 105.00 was taken. That's $35. What crooks. I ordered something else so you would think I'd get a break. Never ever order from here. No one answers the phone. Order from Amazon Prime!

If you have to return they steal 25% and you also pay to ship back.

Tried to contact Jobst regarding sizing discrepancy (size 4 versus Small, Medium, Large). Phone number leads to unidentified recording to leave message. Could not find button to start "Live Chat". Using the end panel information (box of first pair purchased) it took me 45 minutes to ordered these.
Your site is very difficult to use. I feel things are not group together correctly. Also much too many ads & e-mails - how do I delete your site - I know you are - so I can get back if needed - you are junking up my computer. You should update your site because the phone number listed for customer service is no longer in service.
