I am using this website from about last one year. From then till now to every profile which I send connect request first views my profile and when I try to communicate with them further, they decline my request. Very non-serious profiles have been displayed to me till now...after I complained to the costumer care about this problem, they have started sending connect request by themselves randomly to the profile of their own choice... Such a waste of time and money...
I had bad experience of Shaadi.com before. So I free register on Kadva Patel Matrimony, which is a part of Community Matrimony. Initially they offered me and called me 2-3 times to subscribe and gave discount. I cleared with them regarding sharing contact info and they suggested me to buy the Premium package. When I subscribed I didn't get any mail of interest from the member. Also I updated my profile and wanted to clear my situation, but they didn't allow me to change. They continued sending me the mail of may be interested ladies. But I saw that most of the profiles were missing pictures. If it is free membership then it is possible that the picture could be hidden but even after subscribing and sending request for pictures, I didn't get reply from any member. Also there where no direct contact information displayed. This means the profiles are fake. So I request all NRI as well as Indians that don't trust on this website and waste your money. This is totally scam. Rest upon you. Good luck.
I have taken assisted service twice and paid around Rs *******.00. But during 1st tenure 4 assisted service persons assigned changed during the period of 3 months. No continuity at all. They are doing experiments with our money. Second time there was no progress at all in 3 months. There is no body to follow up. Even the managers if escalated are non responsive and always on leave. I am terribly upset with the service and would not recommend anyone to join and waste money. This is my honest recommendation.

I created my profile on community matrimony app one year ago, from then till today's date, only thing I have found in this app is non-responsive and dummy profiles who only view my messages and give no reply to it. I have found 132 dummy profiles till today's date. It feels that they all are computer generated profiles who are just able to view other person's messages and do nothing after that. I called costumer support but they act as if they don't know anything about such kind of profiles. I don't know about others my personal experience with this app is very poor.
