“Shipping and Contact”

Contact is not 24 hours. Shipping is not accurate. Ordered items several weeks ago and still have not received them. Wondering if I will have them in time for Christmas. All items ship separate. Hard to keep track of all items ordered. Limited customer support. Great items on website, but worried I won't get all items.
