I signed up for Commerce Bank special connection card based off the cash back info in my pre-approved package. It shows 4% on groceries 2% gas and 1% in everything else. I've charged almost $500 so far with and only shows 369 points which comes to less than 1% cash back. That is a very deceptive practice to send out info in the mail and give a different amount. You're wasting your time try to talk to anyone on the phone nobody can help you, they just keep giving you another number to call. I really only got the card for their bonus $250 cash back but still I don't like the bait and switch business they do. I definitely won't be doing any banking with them I can only imagine the nightmare that would be.
