Don't bother reading his fake reply I got the whole HONEST story covered here...
I am a retired businessman and gentleman and I have never came across anything like this.
This is why I am writing this long review and I do apologize for its length. I have nothing to hide and speak nothing but the truth. Otherwise Trustpilot and sitejabber would have removed it.

He will come back and change his reply as he has done that several times already and I took screenshots.
I ordered an item from his shop, which I heard operating from his home and you can check Google maps with his postcode from his website 8 Reuben Walk,Earls Colne, CO6 2TB. At the same time ordered 2 more GENUINE kits from Aliexpress thinking I would have Comictoyz one a lot quicker and keep me going until the slower Ali order arrived.
Nearly TWO WEEKS LATER the Ali order arrived and Comictoyz had not even shipped my order! When
I asked quote:
"Has this shipped? It is nearly two weeks. If it has not I want to cancel it I can get cheaper on Ali and have it quicker"
He then insulted me calling me "Rude" and a number of things I won't repeat. Since then he sent numerous personal messages to me and replies here but as I mentioned he keeps changing the replies here. Keep in mind I never lowered myself to his level with similar replies... Here are SOME of the insults

In the meantime when he was sending me these messages I was chatting to Amazon on the phone and they were seeing the replies as he was typing them! They also could not believe what was happening and are totally on my side.
We agreed that I will get my order, and get a FULL refund AND I can leave feedback on Amazon. So they were with me on this.obviously. It turns out though I cannot leave feedback for a free item as I maybe "influenced" to give a positive review for a free item which is fair enough. Their rules and the Amazon employee made the mistake telling me I could. Of course he is milking that now with his 100% reviews on Amazon as if it makes insulting a person ok! Not to mention he only sold a handful of items on Amazon anyway.

He has tried desperately to get the Trustpilot review removed but has failed each time as Trustpilot needed proof each time which I simply provided. He even threatened legal action over "defamatory" remarks when it was him that was insulting and still is! I took screenshots.
Then he went lower again and brought my daughter into this and said quote from him as he will remove this too
" Apparently from speaking to locals this gentleman is 'troubled'..." He has also asked his cousin, who is apparently in a relationship with"
Another one
"the reviewers carer has contacted me and informed me the reviewer has mental issues"
Anyone reading this would just think WOW how messed up is this guy. And they maybe right. So I am seeing my solicitor about this.
He also makes out it was Amazons fault when he was the one sending the messages! Really troubling behavior.
I am sure he will come back with another fake and desperate reply. I am done with this now.
