I made a purchase from Comfrt. From the minute I added to bag and clicked check out the price increased like $20. I emailed customer service, they gave some bs excuse but also gave me a coupon code, so I was happy.
I ordered 2 hoodies and a pair of pants. All were great quality but the pants were too big. I knew their refund policy was store credit only, and I was OK with it. I set up a return to send it back.
Weeks go by. WEEKS. My package is lost in transit, I can see from tracking it. I email them. I get a form letter response about waiting. This happens several times, same letter different people.
At this point I'm so annoyed I don't even want to keep the stuff I liked let alone buy anything new. It takes demanding escalation and threatening to have the bank stop payment on the entire purchase to get them to honor the return. It was for $31. I didn't want to give them any more money so I got a pair of shorts and with shipping it came up to $29 so I still lose out.
It doesn't matter because I will never purchase from them again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Now I commented on their ad that they gave the worst customer service and they deleted it! So I commented again letting people know they deleted it and screenshot that! Since then they've blocked me on fb and removed my negative reviews
I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Comfrt. I ordered a product listed as a preorder and later tried to cancel when the delivery date was pushed out months beyond what was originally stated. Only after requesting cancellation did the company inform me of a "store credit only" policy that was never clearly displayed or explained at checkout. Their so-called "store credit" doesn't even cover the cost of the original item, and they still expected payments for a product that won't arrive until after December — if ever. It feels incredibly deceptive to charge customers for something they won't receive for months and then refuse refunds under unclear policies. I ended up paying off the balance through Affirm just to be done with this scam-like situation. The entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and unfair. I would never recommend this company to anyone and urge buyers to read every detail before purchasing — because Comfrt will use unclear fine print to avoid taking accountability.
Clothes are ok, but the customer service is non existent. You can't cancel or edit your orders. Customer service can't do anything. 2/10 only because the clothes aren't horrible, though they're not special, either. Definitely not worth more the $30
Sweatpants
WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM! This place is a scam to get more money out of you. My husband measured me using THE SIZING CHART on the COMFRT website. I would be a SMALL according to their sizing chart, again ON THEIR WEBSITE. I ordered the small since I was going off their sizing chart and I should of had plenty of room and yet when I received them, NO the bottoms did not fit. Now here's the second problem. NON EXISTANT customer service. The "EXCHANGE POLICY" is complete nonsense. Explain to your customers, WHY it just cost me ANOTHER $17.32 ON TOP of what I've already paid to purchase the EXACT same pair of sweatpants to get the CORRECT size? You are FALSLY ADVERTISING your SIZING CHART with INACCURATE SIZES, with a NONSENSE and NON EXISTANT "EXCHANGE POLICY" JUST TO OBTAIN MORE REVENUE. The thing that makes it even worst, NIKE products are more "weighted and oversized" then these OVER PRICED and UNDERSIZED products.
*** BUYER BEWARE *** The entire experience has been horrible. I have waited over 85 days for my product which was ordered in April and we are now halfway through June. No where when I ordered did anything state that it would take that long, their excuse was that it was "made-to-order". I doubt they have someone hand knitting these. I am moving next week and will likely not be here to receive the product. I contacted Comfrt to ask them to cancel the order and refund to my original payment method and John A, the CX Rep, only offered store credit or an e-giftcard. John A played the back and forth condesending email game for a bit until I said that the BS was done. I don't want store credit now that I know how long it takes to receive their products and I would never use an e-gift card for a friend to have to go through the misery that their customer support is. I will no longer buy from this company and I suggest that the *** BUYER BEWARE ***
I purchased goods from the merchant which were charged and not delivered. The merchant provided incorrect shipping details to the third party shipping company. The shipping company confirmed with me the full address and advised only Comfrt could assist in this matter. I sent 4 emails and left 3 voicemails for the company. I received only 1 response on the day of delivery from Comfrt stating to check with my neighbors or post office. I responded with the information from the shipping company and have daily requested an update. I reached out via social media and was advised management would contact me. I have not received the goods, a refund, nor a response from the merchant. I have been advised to open a fraud claim with my bank, fraud claim with the attorney general office, complaint with the better business bureau, and to contact the Federal Trade Commission. Long story short, do not buy from this company. A company who treats consumers in this manner, yet advises they support mental health and stress relief, are simply preying on consumers for capital gain. This is unfair, deceptive, unlawful and poor service.
I bought a blanket in January and had horrible allergic reaction to it. It took a month of bath and forth to finally get a refund. I still had unshipped items in my order. I asked to have them canceled the told me they would cancel them but never did and shipped them. This led to another month of bath and forth emails and the promise of a refund. Which I never got instead they gave me store credit. When I complained to them they said they don't do refunds. Which if you read their find print they don't. I honestly only think I got a refund my black because I went to the BBB. They are horrible and there products are covered in a chemical that can cause you to have issues breathing.
I wanted to like this company so much because who doesn't love comfy sweats. Unfortunately, it has been one dissapointment after another. The clothes are way to oversized, the shipping is a nightmare and customer service is a joke. After all I have spent, I have nothing and the company is fine with that. Overpriced and way overhyped. Thumbs down for me...
I wish I could give a negative review. I bought a sweatshirt and sweatpants for my youngest daughter at Christmas, it was on her list. It had holes at the seams. Returned it and figured I would give them another try. This time I had spend $144, a sweatshirt, sweatpants and pajama bottoms. Never received them. I had reached out when it was clear that they were lost. No phone number just an email. They responded I needed to wait to see if it was delivered. Checked the shipping company, no name shipping people that said it was in a city about an hour away for the past week. Reached out again no response. Then at 2pm a few weeks ago it said my package was delivered at 8pm that same day…it was only 2pm. Called my daughter to see if it was delivered and nothing was. The next day after reaching out again to Comfrt and the shipping company the time was updated. Comfrt then finally reached out and said my package was delivered and it was my problem because I didn't buy the shipping insurance. The shipping company told me I needed to talk with the company where the package came from because they delivered it. No photo showing proof of any packages being delivered. Over received my items and they won't give me my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam and have NO customer service
I ordered clothes from Comfrt.com, and they fit terribly—no shape and uncomfortable. The return policy, which only offers store credit, wasn't disclosed during checkout. Now I'm stuck with items I can't use, plus additional shipping costs.
Avoid this site!
You know what grinds my gears? Seeing a great ad for a product you would use, so you buy it. It comes, it doesn't fit. You return it and get a store credit... for an online store. That you have expressed "Hey! Clothes didn't fit and I won't be shopping here again. Still no negotiations and A.I. Speaking to you because it's an OnLiNe StOrE. You also realize they don't care because it's an ONLINE STORE. I'm in my Karen era and out $50. What a load of crock!
Never shipped all my items. Won't refund for the damaged items I did receive. Email exchanges won't get you anywhere.
I had to put a stop charge on my credit card. Comfrt said they will fight it for months. Extremely rude and the whole thing feels like a scam now
I made two orders, one on Sep 15 and one on Oct 15. After not hearing info on my orders, and hearing some horror stories about Comfrt from other people in my circles, I did more research and found their BBB rating and the fact that their clothes are not weighted. I struggle with mental health symptoms, and the weighted part was the whole reason I made my purchases. I reached out in mid November to cancel the orders and request a refund as neither had been processed or sent out yet. Comfrt told me that they could not do this, and after further emails they gave me a "refund" in the form of a gift card to spend with their company. I have never received any items, no items have been sent, and they took my money. I want a refund. Additionally, I want to point out to others that this company advertises toward individuals struggling with anxiety and other mental health issues. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as an individual with diagnoses, and I think it's repugnant that the company preys off of vulnerable individuals. Myself and other individuals who have been affected fully intend to file a class action lawsuit if these practices are not remedied.
I ordered a sweatshirt for Christmas. Didn't get it two weeks after the order so no phone number but texted them. Won't ship until February. I asked for a refund and have heard no response. Horrible business
I Preordered in August for Mid October delivery. It is mid November now.I got half of my order, and they are saying the other half is Sold out? How? I literally pre ordered it. Hoodies are very different in size I ordered 2 sets size Small. One of them fits as Large, the other as extra small. Did not receive any of the pants, since they are "sold out", yet I paid for them in August.
Took my order back in August. Still no product. No responses. Have sent multiple emails and even posts on Instagram. They are horrendous. I am reporting them to BBB.
So I bought a couple hoodies from this company last year, the hoodies are comfy and nice so I didn't try to refund them, they are pretty high in price though.
This year I bought the waffle lounge set, I accidentally sent the items to the wrong address. I emailed them immediately and 3 more times in 2 days. They NEVER responded. I look up their Instagram and message them, they Finally wrote back and say the standard of "once the items are bought they are processed and sent immediately so we cannot cancel" the items did not ship for 2 days, they had time. Now I get an email from them saying that once I receive the items (how is that going to work) I can get store credit. I want the money back but they are refusing. So in conclusion this company had zero customer service, zero returns and the product is not worth the hassle. There are nice hoodies and sweats from other companies that are much cheaper and you can actually return them.
When you open the package and feel the COMFRT set you are beyond amazed. I do not normally wear my clothes right out of the box...nor do I examine them because I have never had an issue with receiving clothes in the mail, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE (for sweatpants, and two hoodies i spend almost $200.00) I finally wore the sweatpants this past weekend. I noticed after I had worn them and took them off at the end of the night there is a 1/2" hole in the butt area. It is not a tear, it looks like the machine or clothes moved during assembly and there is a part that is NOT STITCHED. I email the company and they tell me NOPE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGED AFTER 5 DAYS. I explained this is a factory error. Not because I don't like the item, not because of buyers remorse or even that I bought the wrong size. IT IS A FACTORY ERROR. I am so angry since these are so expensive and the company just sucks. REALLY SUCKS. I had no intention of keeping the pair and accepting a new pair, I had every intention of sending back the defective pair. I will buy from an REPUTABLE retailer from now on. Oh and their whole platform of doing this to help aid Mental Health? Yes, this is a great way to treat your customers...especially for those who purchase these items to contribute.
WARNING! Do not buy from this brand! I ordered multiple items 2 months before Christmas and in the beginning of December started emailing because I was worried they had not arrived. I got automated generic responses that weren't even answering my questions. I couldn't find a phone number or get a hold of a real person. Then I got an email that said they were lost in transit and to follow up with the problem with my local mail carrier. That was a complete lie! I knew the items had never even shipped because when I tracked them they had never shipped and I had never gotten the email that they shipped. After many emails of me desperately asking for a real person to help me, I got an email saying that after looking into it, my items had never shipped because they were out of stock. The kicker is that they were still advertising ALL of my items all through the holidays. I ordered 16 different items in different colors! So was their entire store out of stock but they kept advertising them as in stock? I never received ANY of my items and I had ordered them for ALL of my children and spouses. Weeks later and they still haven't issued refund that I asked for! They are still sending emails like they never heard from me! I have NEVER experienced this level of terrible business practices and customer service.
