Comerica bank allows fraudulent charges

My social security and SSI are direct deposited into Comerica bank Direct Express card- I was fraudulently charged over $400 - after waiting over 12 hours 2 days in a row I finally was able to report it. The gave me a provisional credit while they "investigated", I used it to cover my losses, then they reversed the credit and took it back they next month! That's half my monthly income - they are so inundated with fraudulent charges claims, they literally do not investigate! I found the scam myself just by googling the website that charged me! DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK!
