I read the reviews on this site - but decided to try it anyway. Not only where their prices great. The customer service was beyond belief. They answer the phone and helped me find the product I needed for an upcoming outing with my family. Not sure what happened with the others but I had a great experience.
I placed an order before took off for an oversea vacation for 6 weeks. Came back from vacation, nothing had been delivered. My PayPal account already paid them money and it's over 45 days to block transaction. I tried to call them several times, only got answering machine. No one call me back. No reply from my email. This is a phishing scam website. Stay away from them. Not worth at any price.
Ordered two knives from site, site stated both were in stock. Next day recieved email stating one was in stock and other was not. Called next day and left Voice mail to check on order. Receieved email stating only the one knife was instock. Called again no answer. Replied to email stating I would like to know when the one knife would ship. Sent another email requesting a phone call to discuss. Finally received an email stating order was cancelled niether knife was in stock. Still awaiting refund. After couple more days will report them to Credit Card company. Buyer Beware.
They do not answer the phone or emails. I have waited for their estimated ship date and time frame and here I sit not item no contact no information. Ordered the item as a gift and the day has come and gone and now the item is not needed yet I cannot cancel the order cannot get any body from their site to respond or answer the phone. For those reviews that say they are great,? DO NOT BELIEVE THEM AT ALL!
How can anyone say that shipping is quick? Almost as soon as I got my confirmation email I got an email saying that processing takes "up to five business days", and my package took even longer than that, which I would understand if I had purchased a firearm which I hadn't. I sent an email after the fifth day to see if there was a tracking number. Their response came after my second email and was passive aggresive, synical, and insulting. A second email immediatly followed with a tracking number. I responded to the first email explaining that I was only curious because I wouldn't be around to receive my package if it didn't ship on time, which in my neighborhood might mean that it never arrives. Their response was awful, they resulted to name calling and blamed my emails for their 5 day processing time. I hope no one else has to go through this. I do quite a bit of online shopping and have never been so offended by a business:-(
Order an item from them 17 days ago, finally received it and it's not the right item. They don't answer phone calls or e-mails.
This website ROCKS! It has so many items I spent 4 hours looking through everything. Good Prices Fast shipping. Thanks and I will be back.
