I got scammed. Sent me a fake purse that was incredibly damaged and nothing at all like the site promised. Refused to refund. Was a gift and I had no gift to give and was out tons of money. Owner plays games with you. The item was so damaged and cheap it could not be used. Nightmare, stay away!

I was truly heartbroken and felt so sorry for him when I found out what happened. I have never had anything that was supposed to be that nice for myself before and it was a gift he had saved to get me.

You will not get the colors they claim you will receive.
You will not get the options on the item like magnetic closers for example they claim you will receive.
You will not get the materials like leather, or expected hardware they claim you will receive.
You will not get the brand they claim they are the #1 seller for. You will get a cheap knock off not worth a dime.

The cheap hardware (in the wrong color no less) was so bad it arrived rusting. There is rust all over the purse. It's disgusting to think these scum bags squashed a rusting purse into an envelope and sent it out. Then again they are crooks who sell knock offs with out telling the buyers.

They steal photos and descriptions off of the real product's sites and slap them onto their own. They don't even pay attention to the descriptions and just send you the factory made knock offs they have.

About the shipping. They stuffed the item (a large "velor and leather Juicy Couture" purse) into a slim envelope. They FOLDED a Juicy Couture purse and crammed it into a thin envelope. This is after he paid a fortune for shipping. It was pathetic. The cheap fake leather and thin velor couldn't take it and is permanently bent and crushed. It took nearly two weeks to get as well but now we know it came from China, Beijing. The item was not sent out when paid either.

Do not think you will save yourself any trouble by using Paypal. They refused to do anything simply because it wasn't purchased off of their own Ebay. Paypal was useless!

And colorstrends.com refused to refund us the money which we figured. They KNOW their customers are not going to be happy but they also know there is nothing you can do about it.

We took photos, pleaded our case for nearly a week. It got to the point where we were begging for a refund. They accused us of just wanting to cheat THEM and have a purse for free. A fake purse we never ordered that couldn't even be used. The crooks tried turning the tables and accusing the victims.

Then they played games and claimed they would refund us and never did.

THEN they claimed they would do it if we paid to ship the Fake, Damaged, Rusting, Falling Apart purse all the way to Beijing China. At a cost we could not afford. To then hope and pray a bunch of crooks would give us our money back. And so they can send it off to another person and make double the money.

If anyone would like to see photos of the product they sent us I would be happy to show them to you. Just contact me here on the site and I can prove to you the rust, the crushing, the missing options and wrong colors. And major factors that prove it is a fake as well.

Please do not get hurt like we did. His hard earned money is down the drain and he looked like a sad puppy at the special occasion where he was giving the gift. The poor guy, like I said I was heart broken for him. And a little bit for myself. I could have had a really nice purse. I am lucky to have a really nice guy though.
