Ok so where do I begin... let's start with the good, i have had a gold membership for 3 months and before that was on their Latincupid for a couple so I think I can offer a good review. Let's jump into positive points.
Yes you can meet authentic women here that are attractive there are real profiles. Met someone in 2020 visited them twice had a good relationship but it did not workout it happens she was a nice girl loved her family since I am latin language not an issue. And now talking to a girl in cali going to meet her halfway in Cancun in October for some heavy passionate nights no asking for money other than a the cost of her room and plane ticket.
The negative... there are tons and tons of scammers or girls selling nudes. The messages that go to immediately asking your WhatsApp is a big red flag. Also if they start talking about how they have no job or money and they are all stressed out que chimba hombre their answers to your questions are short and vague well guess what that's because they are expecting you to be captain save a ho. The one big issue I even cited this on my profile is if I am asking an open ended questions and their answer is one letter then obviously they are not there for any kind of relationship. And this is what's gets tiring dealing with the tons of low quality air heads that absolutely are there wasting my time. Luckily I can read between the lines and found a few real ones but next time I will just fly down there and heck pick them up on the flight from Panama to Medellín like I did last time I went. Hope this review is of some use.

I got the 40 dollar subscription and there where a lot of random women hitting me up I am a mixed 38 year old good looking single guy with no kinds and speak some Spanish. They all mostly wanting to chat on WhatsApp I weeded out a few that really weren't talking as of now I'm talking to 3 the first is my favorite she is drop died gorgeous! She was asked once for money but not a lot and I offered and she said no before I was still skeptical though she writes me everyday and sent me picture of her ID and a lot of pictures but no video chat I talked to her in Voice message we have real conversations. The second ask for money a lot I snapped on her and she didn't ask again but still messages me everyday and always ask am I taking care of myself. No video chat a lot of pictures The third writes everyday and video chatted me she is just young but nice I can tell she is stifling but she never asked for money. All are from Cuba I will update in a month

No doubt some of these Lady's are beautiful, but they are Rude, Money Hungry and well trained in the art of deception. Their main focus is to grab a foreigner preferably from USA get married obtain their Green card and send money back home for their kids and sometimes HUSBAND- yes husbands- don't waste your money, if you are looking for that type of lady I would say travel and get to know the real person- lots of fake pictures of when they were skinny, now old and not skinny

Everything subscribers or ex-subscribers say here is true fake profiles, the scam of getting you to recharge their internet or phone data in order to talk to you? In my opinion women that do video sex have infiltrated these dating sites and are going into business for themselves by getting suckers to pay for their internet and data? Initially you get a lot of interest but as you reject or stop opening their messages it's like the interest dies. You tubers make great videos on dating Colombian women go there instead, a visa last six months and the cost of living is cheap. A membership is a complete waste of your time and money, Peace.

Every woman you talk to will ask you for money for their "data" or for "internet". This was a horrible experience. 3/4 of the profiles are fake. Literally every beautiful woman is fake! Do not waste your money! I want to know how to get a refund! Here is how every communication will go. You will start talking to someone, they will give you their whatsapp number, you will start communicating and then "boom" they are asking you for money for their "data" bc they "want to talk to you more but they are almost out". You will start by blocking and reporting them until you realize its EVERY woman on there! By far the WORST dating app I've ever come in contact with! I've included a photo for proof of purchase so everyone knows my review is legit!

The ideal and concept is great. The problem is the website checks out USA citizens but does not check out the girls. You have to send in ID, passort and etc after you have paid for the site if you are from the USA. These girls are sending in nuthing but fake picks and profiles. Dating internaltional will almost always include money at some point but this site is overloaded with scammers. I reported a scammer and the next day my page was lock out. I got back in 2 months later and I saw that the scammer was hard at work looking for her next victim. I miss the old agencies that had an office in a building where you could physically meet different girls. It was slow, expensive but there were less games and you had a greater chance of finding someone good.

So after reading the bad reviews here, I decided to try for myself.
As soon as you sign up, you get a load of messages. And yes these are fake, even worse they also sent out fake messages in your name. But after a week or so these messages will stop.
The good: The woman are real, they sent 'i'm interested' messages and if you message them they will respond. Almost none of them speak English, but google translate is ok. Did not see any prostitutes or scammers.

That being said, I also tried the free dating apps, and these also provide a lot of contact.

I typically don't comment on these message boards but I've read the posts and most are pretty off as far as the women go. Granted there are certainly those women in Colombia looking for "a way out". If you go to Colombia with the typical American attitude of "saving them", you will most certainly meet the women you all are referring to. I met a woman on Colombiancupid site almost 2 years ago. We've had our offs and ons and she can be quite difficult at times. We're still together. Did she think all Americans are rich? Yes. Did she learn that, in fact, all are not rich? Yes, after explaining how the US is and works. DOne poster/reviewer here said most women have been raped at least twice and are victims of violent crimes everyday. She didn't get raped 2 times and she has never been a victim of a violent crime. I've met her family and, gasp, none of them have been raped or victims of violent crime. I have many friends - male and female - in Medellin and they are all warm and wonderful people. My suggestion would be to anybody who reads this is to leave your American attitude at home and don't flash your expensive jewelry or talk about your cars and homes. Women looking for money are all over the world. You want to tell me that Russian women on dating sites aren't looking for a guy with money? Or the orient? Or POF (plenty of fish)? Bottom line is that any dating site will bring out the worst of people. Just be patient, don't be their savior, keep it all simple and go to Medellin and experience the culture and meet some women. Know Spanish before you go - at least a bit.

I did some online research about Columbia as a country, and it's progress. I then started watching videos and reading reports about its women. The reviews about the women were in the big cities were mixed. It appears the social media THOT culture has infected Latin America. Reality series like "90 Day Fiance" have convinced attractive Colombian women that they can hit the citizenship, sugar baby, financial jackpot by meeting an American online.

I created one profile with a random photo of an average looking adult male and listed my age as 45. I got 14 messages and 6 likes within the first 48 hours. Then over the following 4 weeks, a total of 29 messages and 12 likes. The woman ranged in ages from 21-55. Several looked like obvious prostitutes, wannabe sugar babies, and Instagram thots. Most of the messages had the exact same content and started out with the same intro. I was smart enough not to pay for premium memebrship, so I could not read the messages. But, I could see the first word, and I could count the letters, length of sentences, the number of paragraphs, and most were exactly the same! What are the chances? This means: The website is using bots to initiate conversations to entice you to pay for a premium membership. Or the women send out the same copy and paste, cookie-cutter messages to see what thirsty idiot will bite? Or maybe both?

A month later, I opened up another account with a more attractive, fit, younger photo of another man. This time aged 39. That profile received 37 messages and 14 likes in 24 hours! Many of the same women, the exact same messages.

I had seen enough, and I went to delete my profile. ColombianCupid does NOT give you the option of deleting your profile. You can only "hide" your profile. When I wrote to them and asked them how to delete my profile. I got this automated email response:

"Dear member,
Thank you for contacting us.
If you wish to permanently remove your profile, please reply this email to advise us the reason and we will do it for you. Please note that if you have an existing paying membership, you will lose the unused membership time on your account if you choose to permanently remove your profile."

Somehow, due to lack of proper security measures on ColumbianCupid and other CupidMedia-affiliated websites, a scammer managed to set up a fake profile using *my* email address without my knowledge or consent. I was surprised when I received a registration confirmation from ColumbianCupid, since I had never signed up for an account myself. The email I received was not a verification link, but a confirmation that a (fake) profile had already been set up using my email address! The website obviously allows scammers to register without verification, thereby allowing them to use email addresses other than their own. I contacted ColumbianCupid as well as CupidMedia via email and their online help, asking them to remove the fake account that is fraudulently using my email address, but I received no response from them despite multiple emails and help requests. Their customer service completely ignored my emails, which gave the impression that they support the establishment of fake profiles on their website. Absolutely horrible experience, both with their alarming security breach, and their indifferent customer service! This has happened to me more than once on multiple CupidMedia-affiliated websites, where my email address is somehow leaked and used by scammers on these websites. The CupidMedia customer service is apparently completely fine with that, judging from the fact that they disregarded all my attempts to contact them. BEWARE!

I got a message from a member of CC saying she was interested in me but when I answered she said she had never written to me and then blocked me. The only way this could have happened is that CC sends out fake out messages of interest from real women in order to get you to resubscribe (I had let my subscription lapse for a day and paid for another month just so I could answer this woman). This is a totally unethical practice and I have asked for a refund. Needless to say I will not be using CC anymore. Another member has also commented on this practcice if you read his review below: "They tempt you to upgrade your membership by sending you messages on attractive fake profiles and the only way you can read the message is to upgrade your membership." I'm, notr the only one CC has tricked with this ploy just to make money.
