A Black Hole

At the time of this posting it has been almost 6 weeks since I placed an order with absolutely no indication as to when it might be shipped. Multiple emails requesting a status update have gone unanswered. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere.

Stay away from this company

If I could say o stars I would. I read another comment from someone who had the same experience.
They take your order and give you a tracking number that is not valid with any delivery service. They say it is priority and you don't get the order but charged a high shipping cost.
I've tried to contact them several times and they won't answer any emails when I ask about the delivery. All I know is that they took my purchase money for the item and won't answer me.

Fraud!

I submitted an order on 1-9-2021. The charge was posted on 1-11-2021 to my bank account. I have not heard from this merchant about any impending shipment. All my numerous emails have gone unanswered! I wish I had seen these negative reviews before I ordered from this online merchant. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a picture frame from this site. I got an email confirming my order then nothing. About 2 weeks later after trying to email them (they don't list a phone number) I get an automatic generated email stating they have "not heard from me and thought they should follow up". I email them back stating I needed my item by Christmas. Then no further contact from them for another week. I finally get another automatic email from them again saying "they have not heard back from me". I sent them another email and sent my phone number requesting them to call me to discuss my order. I get a third email back from them and it is very rude. They told me "we don't think you are reading our email and Please READ our emails in their entirety". Then they stated they have cancelled my order and if I wanted to order something it needs to be from their holiday section. Seriously? I didn't want anything from their holiday section, I wanted my picture frame. Stay away from this company.

Don't order from this company! They give you a tracking number you can't track! I did get through by email and they said they would check on the tracking and get back with me. They didn't. Finally my order came and it was postmarked days after I had gotten a tracking number. The merchandise was not the high quality I have found in other Amia products. They might be knockoffs. It was packaged very shoddily and they charged me a huge shipping fee! They won't even list their phone number... that should have been a clue!

FRAUDULENT MERCHANT
October 27, 2022

I ordered the wrong item and it took me multiple email and filing a BBB claim to get return authorization. I had to pay the return postage and the merchant requires insurance. After 3 email and 16 days after my return was received they are claiming the item was damaged due to insufficient packaging. It was returned packed in styrofoam, the exact packaging it was sent to me in.

I placed two orders 24 days apart,. Was told it would be about a three week delay, for each order. Received two of the 6 pieces on scheduled. But others never arrived gave then two additional weeks and then sent email to the address for order problems, waited a week sent a 2nd request for info, waited a week sent 3rd request for info No reply to any of the emails. On tuesday nov 20 it will be 11 weeks since 1st order and 8 weeks since 2 nd order, and 6 weeks since the two pieces were received.
Place was happy to take my money, but no reply to. Problems

Can't email them about your order can't get them to answer phone, items never arrive had to get money back thru my bank waited over 30 day's nothing beware! Extreamly hard time finding number to call
