I ordered a set of 3 men's elastic belts. Although they were labeled as medium, they were all small. I compared them to my previous order of these medium size belts and although the new ones were marked "medium," they were several inches shorter (4 inches?) than my last ones. As a result, these new ones are useless (And, NO, I have not gained any weight or increased my waist size).
Ordered two table runners, one for spring and one for St Patty's Day (all of March), they were promptly received in great condition and are so very nice. Displaying the spring runner (butterflies) now and it looks great. Also ordered metal birds on a branch with leaves for my Mother. She absolutely loves them. They have brightened up her space at the assisted living facility where she lives.
Always seem to have what I want and deliveries are very fast

First there was no plastic tab to remove to help in starting the watch. I pulled the stem out, set the time, pushed it back in and crossed my fingers it would start. I didn't. I've been undecided about what to do. I had hope to exchange it for another but when I read where it said a new battery could only be replaced by a jeweler I wasn't thrilled about that hassle. Any suggestions?

I placed my order which was almost $100. In red it showed at the checkout that I had a credit of $11.99. I figured after I checked out it would take that off my total when it ran my credit card. Well it did not. They said they sent me a code to my phone. I was doing an order all my laptop and my phone was nowhere near me. I asked if I could get a credit or if they could deduct the 1199 from my bill and they told me that no they could not. Never heard of a company who cannot credit a customer's credit card. After a little bit of thinking about the whole situation, I called back to cancel my order. This was a Sunday and I was told that my order was already in shipping and could not be canceled. It's pretty funny because it took a week and a half for me to get my order. Will never ever do business with these people again. When you call and ask a question they're very rude and barely speak English. I am done.
I will stick with Amazon and Walmart because they will credit my credit card...
I received my order faster than what was first projected. It was for a gift and the receiver loved their items and was very pleased with them.
The bra came in the mail and I tried it on when I got home. Unfortunately it was way too small! That was sad because I loved the way the bra looked!
1 item did not work. Took longer to receive than packages from China. Customer service was terrible. Had to speak to 5 people before getting resolved. And they insisted they wanted my credit card to send a replacement for the broken item. Would not recommend!
