I received my dress in a reasonable time. I like it very much. I had one like it that I bought from you, but I have worn it out. I loved that dress. I use it as a house dress almost everyday.

It was difficult to assemble, and some holes weren't drilled properly. If not for my husband's machinist background, it wouldn't have been assembled. I would never have been able to put it together myself. The directions are terrible. Not at all easy to follow. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that wants any easy put together and be done with it.

Response to my email concerning my damaged item was quick and my replacement was sent also quickly.

It was good it was timely, I will be ordering again soon.

Across the board I love Collections Etc. I've ordered housewares and clothing.

2 of the 4 Items were what I had expected. The two suncatchers were heavier than expected to hang
On window suction cups. Not sure I would have ordered them if I had realized this.

Upsetting I received 3 of the same order and was charged also $400.

I received the wrong order the first time, and informed Collections and they quickly sent me the right order.

The package was delivered in good condition. I have put the items I received to their intended use.

Have been charged an extra $16.95 for Premier savings of which I have not ask for & yet Collections,etc. Charged me, therefore I have asked to be canceled and the number *******731 is not a working number CollectionsEtc sent me to!

I went to put flowers at gravesites and flowers were falling off the stems before they even got put in vase. Very poor quality this year!

Order was shipped on time and packaged very securely. I am very pleased and will order again in the future.

Tops are beautiful, fast shipping. I have bought items before and have never been disappointed
