I usually have good luck with purchases but replacement policy is excellent, if I do find problems with a particular product. I did have a problem with not being notified that a previous order was not paid for by Pay Pal. I would not have know this had I not called the company.

I didn't receive all the items I ordered and customer service immediately resent the missing items and told me to keep the missent item. I was very happy with this outcome.

I enjoy looking through the catalogues and on-line shopping. It is easier and faster than going to a store and having to comb the whole store looking for something, whereas the catalogues do not take as many hours to look through and find what you want.
