The majority of the time products are as described in catalog. Sometimes product seems cheaply made once a box is opened.

I usually order on phone,but thought I would try this out with free shipping. I'm really afraid of putting my credit card out there. First time I have ever done this. I received my 2 snowmen porch covers which I was thrilled to get. One orange nose was a little scrapped off but it's not a big deal. I now have 4,all lit up and I am very happy.
