I had ordered the items at the end of November. Two of them were for a Christmas party I would be attending. After contacting the Post Office, I found that they had been routed by way of Pennsylvania. This was AFTER they had been at the local Post Office. I don't know what happened, but I received the items the day before the party. I had to pay $9.25 additional postage. I have always been very happy with my Collections items and experience but this time was entirely different. I'm sure the rush of the holidays caused part of the problem but would like to be reimbursed the $9.25 EXTRA postage I paid.

We ordered (2) sting solar lites, one came with defective wire parts, which we could not repair. Collections is sending out another set to arrive hopefully before Christmas.
