Not happy with product. Poorly packaged - loose screws fell out on the floor when I opened the box. Product was broken and generally of very poor quality.

Ordering is easy, but I was supposed to get 15% off, but this did not happen.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN OUTDOOR CHRISTMAS DECORATION, WHICH I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. IT IS ALREADY PAID FOR, SO DO NOT KNOW THE STATUS. PLEASE RESPOND. THANK YOU.

Todays shopping experience was great

I was disappointed with the things that I had received for the price I paid for them tried calling to return but could not get anybody to answer the phone kept listening to a recording and waiting for someone to answer for over an hour called back 3 or 4 times same thing everytime I called back

The majority of the time shopping experience is great. As with all sites, not everything goes perfectly. Mistakes do happen now and then. Thank God, not often at Collectibles. One thing...please offer more shelf sitters.

Pleased with products and service!

I enjoy very much ordering from Collections Etc. The only down fall was that I really had my heart set out for the Frosty theme entire bathroom set but I had to remove it from my cart because the shower curtain was sold out. You should look into still offering those items on back order or a later date to be offered. Because my order could've been much bigger. Thank you
