My online ordering was very satisfactory for two online orders I made that day. However, I made a third order by phone that day and had many subsequent problems with that order. For one thing the email confirmation I received on that order reflected a full price charge for a Green and Gold membership even though I was already a member with an expiration of February 25,2015. The phone representative had offered me a discounted price if I renewed the membership early, so I added it to my planned order during the call. I called Collections Etc. back immediately that same day after seeing the error in the order confirmation email. I requested the Green and Gold membership be removed from the order since there was no reason for me to buy it early at the regular full price. I had great difficulty getting the item removed and was told that Collections could not send me a revised order email for my records after the adjustment was made. It took 2 days to clear that up but when I received that order I found that $8.99 additional had been added for shipping and added to my Visa charges, when the original order was FREE shipping. Collections Etc. incorrectly added this when they removed the Green and Gold membership. I called Collections Etc. immediately and the Representative acknowledged the mistake, but I still have not received a credit to my Visa account for the shipping charge. I'm very unhappy about handling of that third order, but have overall usually been quite satisfied with Collections Etc. orders. I do think your return policy is very pricey. For example, I once received a sundress that had a serious construction flaw that made it unwearable, but since it would have cost me another $7.00 to return the $7.99 dress for a replacement, I just had to "eat the loss" and go without the dress.
