Some confusion on prices

I enjoy shopping with Collectionsetc.com for they have vey unique items for the price. I like receiving their catalogs and do some shopping on line which they have a customer friendly check out setup. During the year, they have special prices and sales and reduced shipping which I totally like and watch for because I'm a budget shopper.
