Received my items very quickly. Unfortunately i had to return the patriotic sneakers as they were uncomfortable. Waiting for my refund to be processed.

Seems like when I place a order something is not satisfactory. This time one of the rubber stair treads was cracked.

I received 4 instead of 5 packages of creeping thyme for my flower bed. The test of my order was great.

I received all my order, my mother loved the handle for her drinking mug, I loved the shoes, the Mary Janes were to big, and the moccasin. Was to small. I sent them both back.

Socks purchased fit but a little tight at the ankle. However, I do have very large ankles. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

My order was received very quickly. Everything was packed securely. The ordering process is easy. Just enter the item number from a catalog or search the different categories. I'm always pleased with the quality of the items I order. Collections Etc is my go to yard decoration site!

I've been buying from collections etc for years and this is the first time that I was disappointed in the quality of the items received.

I received the order however on the bottle it said to check with physician before taking it. I had ordered this for my 92 yr old sister and she took it to her medical appointment yesterday and unfortunately she suggested not taking it. I assume since it is pills that they can't be returned.

I love everything I ordered and received. I especially loved the boots & want to reorder in another color so I'll have two pair. But, I can't find them in the new catalog or online at the company now. :(

Watch is great! Dress size runs small and I am disappointed.
