The box of 3 items from Collections Etc. arrived looking like it had been used as a soccer ball! It was dented and beaten in on all four sides - and it wasn't a small box! Amazingly, the items were okay, nothing was glass or fragile, thank goodness. Something happened along the way - you need to check into who is handling your packages.
I usually have a positive experience with Collections. This time I ordered angels and several were broken. I am disappointed. I have been in and out of the hospital and haven't had time to call about it.
No problems, received my order with a little delay in delivery.
Ordered 3 items and 1 worked. Hanging plant was not as pictured and the butterfly garland worked for 2 minutes. Collections was nice enough to refund my money. But I am disappointed with this order.

I spoke with Kim, who is the assistant who was curt and short. She said this has happened to other customers! WHY when I called in to report it the first time -- and they just sent another PDF which ALSO printed out a solid sheet of black (there goes my ink) rather than saying they would MAIL a return label. NOPE! I have been a customer for a number of years. They just lost my business and that of my four daughters and 10 friends.

Thiese items were helpful to keep the memory of my daughter who passed away on March 16,2023. The angel is solar powered and looks good in the flower garden.

It was great. I had gotten it for my son for Father's Day and I know he will love it because it is a nice 1957 chevy and he loves them.
Furniture cover does not work. Sofa has overstuffed pillow back that takes up too much of cover.
