So far the items I have bought have come in a timely manner.

Order was missing an item, but Customer Service immediately issued a temporary refund until they could get a replacement item to me.

Some of the merchandise is not what I expected. I would send it back, but due to shipping costs it is not worth shipping back. I am very disappointed in it though.

I love the curtains. They are so beautiful and really brighten up my kitchen. I washed them first following the instructions and they came out great.

I ordered one for me & my daughter. I love the style & it's very comfortable. It's perfect for after my shower, when I apply body lotion. The robe doesn't stick to my body. I gave it 4 stars because shipping is very slow & expensive with a process fee added.
