The cargo pants have been worn once and the seam is already coming apart. They have not even been washed. Also they were advertised as khaki capris. They are not khaki color, they are a puky yellow brown. Not happy with this item

It arrived & was well worth the time & effort. I really like Collections, etc.

I was happy with the ordering and delivery part of my order. The product not so much. First time my daughter used the brush I purchased for her some of the bristles came out. Very disappointed.

I have yet to receive the Hot Pink Watch. Did not ship with others. Will I be receiving this soon?

Such a big box for an average sized order. Love the rugs though!

I recently purchased a set of curtains. Upon hanging the curtains I realized the color was off with my decor. I called to request a return label and was told there would be a charge. I did not realize that there was free shipping to return an item. I will really have to consider placing more orders with your company due to this charging issue.

Couldn't change delivery address as it was different from my billing address both online or with phone call. Was not happy as delivery was made to vacant house but good thing for security cameras so I could drive there and pick it up before someone else did. Did like all items I purchased.

I ordered an indoor/outdoor rug from Collections Etc. and it looks just like the picture. It's perfect for my front porch, just the right size and color. I couldn't be more pleased.

The website was very easy to use. I was able to use my catalog to get the item numbers, type the numbers in and the item showed up. It was also easy to increase the number of items needed.
