Advertisement stated free shipping. The package I received had invoice that included shipping charges. I called and was told that I would be refunded. NO ACTION SO FAR.

Ordering from Collectionsetc was easy, and the products were received in excellent condition in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered the 3 tier shelf unit with great trepidation because the reviews were not exactly glowing. I did agree with one review that mentioned difficulty aligning all the screws with the holes, but with patience and perseverance, assembly was successful without much adjusting. The watches remain used, but they fit just fine and I anticipate no problems with them. I am a happy camper.
