I've had an issue now for over 2 months with Coinpass. I have an order that is currently stuck open. Being that it is stuck open, my availability to do anything with it is zero. All I can do is watch my value go up and down without the power to sell or even transfer what i own! Support chat keeps disconnecting me. There's no phone number for me to call. It's my money they have and all i could do so far is just look at the balance. What the hell is wrong with this company?
