I have never had any form of issues or difficulties working with that platform, i think they are the best for 2020. A lot better than it used to be. Once you get past all the checks (anti money laundering) it's an easy to use exchange. Use the trader platform for less fees as they are quite high.

I've used Coinkast.io since 2019, had it's ups and downs, but all in all, I've had a great experience buying crypto trough them, even if their fees are pretty steep ( it's impossible to use coinkast pro & have lower fees than their very use-friendly app) in my scenario, as providing a passport doesn't seem to be enough.
