Literally trying to charge me 0.******* BTC to send 0.0004 BTC to my wallet, I don't think I've ever seen such a high rate of commission anywhere ever in my entire life. Nowhere on the website is there any warning the fees are this astronomical. If you don't want to haemorrhage money, don't use this site.
If you want a cheap and quick transfer of bitcoin to your wallet or exchange then avoid at all cost.
Coincorner charge you to deposit, have over a 10% increase on actual bitcoin price then charge you 0.0005 bitcoin as sending fees but use a fraction of that to send it so it takes hours to be received.
Apart from that they are great.
Hi Marc C.,
Thanks for leaving a review. All feedback regarding our service is much appreciated and we're disappointed to see that you did not have a good experience using CoinCorner. We believe that the fees for using our service are in line with our main competitors. We also offer free deposits by bank transfer and free bitcoin withdrawals via the Lightning Network. We monitor our on-chain send fee throughout the day to ensure quick confirmation of transactions but there can still be delays if there is a backlog of unconfirmed transactions on the network.
If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly support team on support@coincorner.com.
Thanks

I've tried to create an account (was really excited), but I've just given up. Tried twice, no success- not going to risk transferring currency through this platform if it cannot even set up an account properly. It's not me, or my phone or email... its you CoinCorner.
Hi D K,
Thanks for leaving a review, though we are of course disappointed to see that you didn't have a good experience when trying to register for a CoinCorner account.
We have had a number of registrations over the weekend, so it's strange to see that you are having these problems when trying to register yourself. Our support team have confirmed that the weekend's support tickets have been cleared down and they didn't notice any emails in there from you, did you reach out to our team regarding this? Unfortunately we can't offer any assistance at the moment as we do not know the name on the account or the registered email to take a look into this, but please do email our support team at support@coincorner.com and they'd be happy to investigate why you may of been having problems. Please get in touch and our team will do everything they can to ensure you get registered if possible.

Quite straight forward to deposit your money but then constant errors trying to purchase bitcoin and convoluted to withdraw your own funds - account cancelled and bank instructed to block deposit. I will never go back
Hi Joseph
Sorry to hear you had difficulty buying bitcoin and withdrawing to your bank account. Both should be straightforward and require only a couple of steps. We are always happy to answer any queries via our support channels if there are any issues and have various articles on our Help Centre that can also be referred to.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I have bought BTC since last year with them, big fees, no problem until I just wanted to change my email so they have blocked my account with 800 pounds in it and started to ask me all king of odd requests. They don't want to refund MY MONEY, no replies, THIS IS SCAM! I will sure go to the police because this is to much! SCAM, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!
Hi Lisandra
Sorry if you experienced issues when trying to change your email. This is normally a relatively straightforward process and something we do for customers regularly and without issue. I trust the matter was resolved for you in the end.
Thanks

After looking for a simple UK place to buy bitcoin, these guys seem to have done the trick. Bought bitcoin with credit card, nice and easy.
Hi Frank B., thanks for your feedback. We've always focused on keeping our services simple and are glad that you had a great experience! Thanks, CoinCorner
I just got scammed by these people! All I wanted to do was buy £200 worth of XRP. The fees are a rip off then you can't transfer the XRP! THERE IS NO WAY TO TELL YOU ACTUALY HAVE IT IF YOU CAN'T TRANSFER IT! THIS IS A SCAM RED FLAG!
After trying to get my money back it seems I can only get £168 back if Im lucky. Their GPB withdrawal service is down and is £30 to use! Had to convert my currency to Euros again to get it off the site. Lost 16% of my cash, in 2 hours and still don't have it safe in my bank account. If you want to get into cripto, use coinbase then Binance, STAY AWAY FROM THEISE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM TO RIP OFF NEW COMERS TO CRIPTO!
Hi Joe G.,
Thanks for your feedback - we're sorry to hear about your recent experience.
In our Altcoin launch announcements and Terms of Use on the buy page, we have informed customers that Altcoins can only be held with us and not withdrawn.
With regards to GBP withdrawals, unfortunately this is something outside of our control (relating to industry-wide banking issues) and we share your frustration. However, we are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Thanks again for your comments,
CoinCorner
Avoid this exchange at all costs. Ridiculous fees, worst BTC price around, no service, buggy app and website. Total amateurs.
Hi Steven, thanks for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear about your experience. We have a support team available to help with any issues on the website/ app and ask that you reach out to them to discuss these problems. Thanks, CoinCorner
Thanks for leaving a review, K R. We're sorry to see that you didn't have a good experience with CoinCorner. We believe our fees are inline with our main competitors, but some fees can seem more substantial if depositing/withdrawing smaller amounts. We do have options on the site to limit the fees you are subject to, for example you can deposit via bank transfer where there are no fees, and you can withdraw BTC from your account via the Lightning Network with no fees whatsoever. Both of these options offer users a zero fee alternative to other deposit/withdrawal methods on the platform.
