Scam I think!

Very disappointed first time customer. It's been over a week since I ordered and the item hasn't even been shipped yet. When reaching out to customer service they tell me they can't give me a date when item will ship. Won't be ordering again!

Customer service button in email doesn't work,, couldn't reply. In stock item after buying said March or April now and won't let me cancel. BE AWARE... better business bureau Be aware! Wish I would have read reviews before I used Coggles!

Really happy

I ordered my Golden Goose trainers just over a week ago and received them yesterday in Australia. I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews but I'm really happy shipping took a bit longer but the price was almost $250 less than Neta porter woo hoo! I order alot of stuff online so really happy

I had a problem with a jacket, no fault of the stores, and have literally just finished speaking to a very personable lady called Nadine, very polite and professional. Im very impressed with the service as a whole, but particularly impressed with Nadine. I would not hesitate in purchasing from them again. Thanks again Nadine for your excellent customer service!

Good online shop but with some deficiencies
I have shopped 2 times, the second time I have the displeasure experience
The delivery company "interlinkexpress.com" have no telephone no email to contact with them?!
So I had a problem with my parcel - I track my parcel and I saw that it returned to coggles.com! No phone call, no email, no Morse code!

Of course coggles.com found the solution, but the package (which was a gift) came with 1 month pulse of delay.

Very very unfriendly

Try to place an order. Not possible, only credit or debit card. I don't have one and i don't want one. They won't accept a banktransfer. Very very bad service. By the way what a great reviews. Coggles shame on you

This review is mainly for US buyers. Do not buy from this retailer. They send out incomplete and damaged orders and then expect you to pay the shipping costs to return the item to them in the UK. The shipping costs, in my case, tracked because I don't trust them to acknowledge receipt, was greater than the cost of the shirt. Their messaging service is archaic and so you end up spending more time tracking their replies than anything else. They are, in short, nothing like US retailers, who as you know bend over backwards to help. Not all UK retailers are like this and I have had great communication and service from the likes of End. And Superdenim. In short, US Buyers be aware these people are not good people.

I was going on holiday for a month, so I ordered clothes from coggles 25 days before I left. It was supposed to ship in 17 days, but I did not receive it so I asked for a refund. The employees were slow to provide me information about it, and I had informed them that I would not be available to collect it. They left the box on my front door step where it was battered and could have been stolen. Box was wet and greying by the time I saw it.

This is the worst online company I have ever delt with. I sent goods back for credit that I was told were out of stock and I had not been charged when I had. I have called them several times and every time I am promised credit will be in my account within 2/3 days but 18 days later I still do not have my money back. I have posted reviews as this one on several review sites and Coggles get them removed as they do not like negative feedback. I have tried to contact their CEO but he does not like to be contacted by the customers that have made him wealthy. Do not use this company if you are likely to want to return anything as you will not get your money back quickly if at all.

Terrible customer care
February 16, 2024

I placed an order for a Max Mara camel coat on 29/1/24. It arrived damaged with pulled fabric in several places. I immediately took the photos of the damaged coat and informed Coggles of this and that I will be immediately returning the coat. I was asked to pay for the return postage myself. The item was returned by the Royal Mail tracking and the tracking number indicated the returned item was received back in their warehouse on 3/2/24. However I am still waiting for the refund to be made. Today I received an email from
Coggless informing me that they received the coat.However that it was received damaged in their warehouse which is why the refund has not been made. I replied immediately to Coggles stating that it was me who reported the coat as damaged on arrival and that is why I sent it back.
The whole experience has been stressful and unpleasant causing a lot of unnecessary anxiety and back and forth communication with multiple online agents. The Coggles customer services is beyond terrible.By far the worst online shopping experience to date. AVOID!

Do Not Shop Here

I placed an order several weeks ago. I received notice that the parcel had been delivered. However it was not received. I waited a few days for the parcel to show up to no avail.

I contacted the carrier immediately about the delivery and was given the run around. I then contacted Coggles and received the same treatment.

If you have a dispute with Coggles– they take weeks to resolve your issue. Make unkept promises. And ultimately, will not provide you with a solution.

Coggles is ensconced in bad reviews and customer experiences on this website and others. If you're looking for designer clothing that is cheap, I suggest googling the name of your item that you fall in love with and using the "shopping" tab to find deals on that same item.

I was too disillusioned by this corporation. Don't take any wooden nickels like I did.

Avoid at all costs it's scam!
My parcel was never delivered and Coggles never accepted responsibility or done anything to investigate. I have been contacting via phone and website communication system nearly everyday and I was told random things like my address was incorrect and you name it. They have made me resubmit Not recipients form 4 times saying that my signature was computer generated even when I have clearly attached a posted note to the form saying it is my signature and I have hand sign it. And after 2 weeks of getting no where they have blocked my account. How the hell is this company still trading is beyond me. I will do my best to make sure Coggles will not get away with conning people and get away with it.

I ordered on 31 Dec 15 and Coggles said the item sent on the 1st Jan 15 with tracking number. After 2 weeks I found that the online tracking said the item could not be delivered due to false address. I contacted Coggles.com and they promised to resolve it. I heard nothing over a month and asked again then they said they will get in touch with the courier. Another month gone I have to email them again to follow up. This time they said cannot send the parcel to me and will arrange refund when they get the item back from courier. Is been over 4 months now, no follow up, no refund... worse UK online retailer for sure.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE. AVOID. Read their other reviews too! I bought a Barbour jacket from Coggles in May 2022. I ordered a size 10, but they delivered a size 12. I reached out to their customer services who denied I'd ordered a size 10 - despite me sending them my invoice and order confirmation. They were incredibly rude. After 4 messages, they admitted there was a system error at their end and eventually apologised. I returned the item on the 2 June and received an automated email from them acknowledging they had received the coat back. On the 28th June (4 weeks after they received the coat!) I was still chasing my refund. They're now denying receiving the coat back. I have given them my tracking number for the return as well as their email letting me know they have received it back, but they now 'want to look in to it'.

I should not have to wait this long for my money back after their mistake in sending the wrong item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

An item I've sent back through royal mail, rang them and they said it's been lost, they will only pay £50 but the item was £126.00 coggles won't pay the rest of the order? I thought taking it to the post office it would be covered? They won't even cover the rest of the order as a goodwill gesture?

They sell stock they don't have and take your money immediately. Wasn't until I started to chase whereabouts of order that they admitted they couldn't fulfill it. Waste of time, avoid shopping with them.

There is a reason they have such a low score on google reviews and trust pilot, i should have listened to them! I wouldn't shop with these amateurs. Sent me wrong item. Please read all other REAL none requested reviews - they will be the one star ones. Will not arrange pickup and I cannot go to post office.
Apparently they send many people wrong item if you read reviews and the item they sent is non branded
T-shirt worth about £3 max.
So if you want to be scammed and get a £3 tshirt- knock yourself out and try ordering- they will not fix the problem.

Ordered a pair of shoes from Coggles, they used a local courier in the US and the package was delivered to the wrong address. The zip code was entered wrong during the purchase but the package was delivered to a completely different address, not even close to the correct one entered. They claim no responsibility and will not reimburse money or send a new pair to the correct address. The claim process took over 5 weeks, and through their message system I talked to 8 different people before it got pushed to Alan the Customer Relations Executive that pretty much told me I was out of luck. STAY AWAY from this website, horrible customer support and service.

Wrongly refused a refund

I ordered a dress from this company. When it arrived I tried it on for about 30 seconds, didn't like it and sent it back to the company. After quite some time the company informed me that they would not give me a refund as there was evidence that the item had been worn and that they would be sending it back to me. When I asked them what was wrong with me they at first couldn't tell me. Just that it had been worn. When I received the dress back I carefully checked for any damage. There was none. I asked again what the issue was and they said there was makeup/fake tan on the sleeve and they said they had photos. I asked to see the photos but they conveniently could not produce them. They then asked me to send photographs of the garment and they would be reviewed by the company as a matter of urgency. I did this and a month later after many emails from me asking if the photos had been looked at I was told that that there had been a miscommunication and the original decision stands and that they haven't even looked at the photographs I sent. This company has stolen money from me. Probably pennies for them but a lot to me. The customer service is atrocious. They had no intention of reviewing the photos I sent and I believe just hoped I would give up. They accused me of wearing an item and sending it back. I am not a dishonest person and would not do this. I'm also heavily pregnant and am not wearing fake tan. Avoid this company! Please see the photos below.
