Tried three flavors, chocolate raspberry a medium light roast that smelled wonderful when brewing. Had no chocolate or rasberry flavor to the taste, just bitter. The blend and other flavored coffee so bad I threw them out. Don't know anything about their customer service, there wasn't a way to put review on their site.
Delicately sweet, spice-toned. Bergamot, apple butter, pistachio, cocoa nib, lilac in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart with lively acidity; silky mouthfeel. The cocoa-toned finish is supported by notes of bergamot and lilac.

I bought two types of coffee beans English Toffee and Cream Flavored Coffee and Amaretto Flavored Coffee. About the taste, I want to say that you need to analyze it individually, in this case I will say for myself that it is originally attractive to my taste, and I would like to buy it in the future. But I saw some residue from the grain cleaning in the grains, so my score will be lower.

Due to a system glitch, I placed two orders. Only wanted one. I reached out immediately and was told there are no cancellations and no exceptions but they would give me the 20% on the one order (better than nothing I guess). Then they billed me for two shipping charges, BUT sent everything in one box! I tried to get them to credit me one of the $8 shipping charges. Again, "no exceptions". But they offered me an $8 store credit after I told them I would never do business with them again. I feel scammed. :(

This place has been on my list for a while! I tried the lychee rose latte! It was so good! I would have liked a little more lychee as the Rose was a little overpowering but not a deal breaker! Staff was very friendly! Will be returning!
