I have been a customer for over 15 yrs, but recently I had a bad experience with store associate and customer relation on line. They were offering free engraving on all selling products and I was so amazed by the price and purchased two wedding gifts. One of them was priced $64.99 and the second one at $34.99 -inclusive engraving. When I received the packages the priced sticker on the gifts was lower $50 and $20 respectfully. I called customer relations to ask why I was charged a higher price and was told they had to include engraving.

I couldn't believe the misleading advertisement they had on their site " free engraving" although they included that on their pricing. That is so deceptive and deceiving; to top it all up the customer service person was so rude and told me off by ending the conversation " we have a right to put whatever price and it's the way it is.

The service sacked and they are ripping people off with their false advertisement.
