Saved me from a year of frustration

With questions she asked saved me big time. I drive truck and am required to provide a yearly check up to keep my CDL and DR office needs certain info provided by my SD card. I didn't realize the machine I ordered did not give the amount of information required so with out the advisement that carol gave me at the end of the year I would possibly lose my job without the proper info. So carol recommended an different machine that provides more readings. Thanks to Carol.
