Desert Safari Customer Service Sucks

Last December 2017, my family came here in Dubai for a short vacation for Christmas. I purchased several cobones for our trip including Desert Safari, Dhow Cruise and Big Bus Tour. I got the Desert Safari for 72/person which was from PAYLESS TOURISM which I chose since it includes Home Pick up and Drop Off. What made it more frustrating was I paid for the 72aed which I believe includes a 7 seater luxury car that was mentioned in their inclusions. However, we were picked up and dropped off by a van which I think it was a centralised pick up and I think that will be for their option 2 promo which is for 52aed. If I only knew I would've purchased that instead. Because there's no difference. And the WORST PART EVER was their driver who made that trip HORRIBLE. He was VERY VERY short tempered. That he insulted my dad that made me post this comment here. He was telling my dad (who was seated at the front seat with him) to adjust the side mirrors in a very unimaginable manner without any PLEASE. He again asked him to take a picture of the paper he was holding, but since my dad was not wearing his eyeglasses, my dad asked me to do it. This horrible driver thought my dad doesn't want to do it so he shouted at my dad, so I answered him shouting also. HE THOUGHT MAYBE HE WAS THE TOURIST. This Payless Tourism also was not replying any confirmation about my booking. I booked it a month before their arrival. This guy named Ali told me I can receive a mail before the booked date. However, I didn't. So, I called him in the morning and he was trying to tell me to calm down. How can I calm down when I called them 3x asking for that confirmation but still didn't receive it. The experience was AWFUL. It did'nt eve covered the whole inclusions in their deal. NEVER AGAIN. YOU GUYS BETTER ATTEND A TRAINING ON GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

FAKE SERVICES WITH INTIMIDATING SERVICE PROVIDERS

I went to La Beautique Ladies Beauty Salon last Friday, June 02,2017 to avail the services which I bought in Cobone. Before coming to their salon, we read each details including the "address" and guidelines in the voucher. I bought Option 3 with the following services:

- Brazilian Keratin Treatment
- Full Hair Color
- Mini Facial
- Neck and Shoulder Relaxation
- Eye Brow Threading

Now, the address stated in the voucher is "Walking Distance from JLT Metro Station," I went down to JLT Metro Station because it was stated in the voucher and when I was there in JLT I could not find Cluster Q - Dubai Gate 1. Luckily, I have data and searched for their address. Their real address is "Walking Distance to DAMAC Metro Station and "NOT" take note "NOT" JLT Metro Station." When I arrived there, I introduced myself and told them the services I wanted. Then, this Filipina woman told me that the voucher I bought is "NOT" really Brazilian Keratin Treatment instead it is only hair mask because Brazilian Keratin Treatment is expensive to be included in the voucher. What the $#*!! If the reason will only be because it is expensive then it SHOULD and MUST NOT be indicated as Brazilian Keratin Treatment but instead HAIR MASK. $#*!ING IGNORANT LADY! I was shocked then I asked her how about full hair color, she said there is an additional payment if my hair is not shoulder length, again I was shocked because as per stated in the voucher there is an additional charge if the hair is more than 18inches, my hair is only about 13-14 inches long and they want me to pay the additional charges. "THEY WANT ME TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL CHARGES BECAUSE MY HAIR IS NOT SHOULDER LENGTH?" WHOM SHALL I FOLLOW? Them where I never met them at the first place or the voucher I read before purchasing it? How should I pay them? Out of frustration, I decided to take one service out of the other services because as stated in the voucher "Services of the package can be substituted for other services." Again, THEY SAID IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. WHAT THE $#*!! At the first place, I will never avail the services or voucher if I did not read and I do not want or like the services in the voucher.

Cobone, you will really lose a lot of customers if you will allow this FAKE SERVICES. It is a shame to your good image. You are maintaining a good services to people but others, such as La Beautique Ladies Beauty Salon, are destroying the main purpose why you established this company.
