This website is FAKE. I purchased 2 coach hand bags and both of them are FAKE. Please beware! Their website should say "Faux Coach Hand Bags". Instead Coachretailer.com deceive consumers. Please beware, all of their products are FAKE. No telephone numbers, no mailing address and no return address. BEWARE!
