COACH OUTLET ONLINE HAS POOR (RACESISM) CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WAY THEY INTERPRET THEIR RE-PLACEMENT POLICY
I purchased a bag that was be delivered to my address within a week, but it was delivered to a different address WRONG (I live in a complex with more than 500 residents). I checked with my leasing office that confirmed that no one returned packaged to them. Upon contacting ONLINE COACHOUTLET customer service talked to CORPERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER name Felicia (CAUCASIN). She stated that since Delivery Company "USPS' recorded shows that they delivered package and the rest is history. I MUST BE LYING. CORPERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER name Felicia, states that "THEY WILL REPLACE PACKAGE BUT THEY WILL ADD TO RE-ORDER NOT ABLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE" since USPS shows delivered. I may not return product or exchange (MY RIGHTS HAS A CUSTOMER ARE VOIDED); but the problem is that ONLINE COACHOUTLET is treating me as "I AM GUITLY / COMMITED FRAUD / LYING to get 2nd bag?
This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM A COMPANY THAT THINKS THAT CUSTOMERS MUST LYE TO GET FREE STUFF & DOES NOT HOLD DELIVERY COMPANY ACCOUNTABLE FOR DELIVERING TO CORRECT ADDRESS & CUSTOMER MY BE LYING
They agreed to replace bag, but I had to request it to be expedited, only offering standard delivery until I inquired then she moved to 3 to 5 days JUST AS BAD. CORPERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER name Felicia STATED THAT SHE WILL CHECK TO SEE IF THAT IS AN OPTION TO OVERNITE.
CORPERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER name Felicia STATED THAT SHE IS THE TOP EXECUTIVE NO SHE DOES NOT ANSWER TO NO ONE AND THAT THERE IS NO ONE TO COMPLAIN TOO.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEThe bag was on clearance for only $45 dollars. WOW; WHY WOULD I HAVE TO LYE FOR THAT AMOUNT? COACH PURSES RANGE UP TO THE UPPERS $1,000'S OF DOLLARS.
I AM AN AFERICAN AMERICAN THAT MY VOICE IS VERY IDENTIFICABLE. CORPERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER name Felicia STATES THAT "REPLACEMENT POLICY IS NOT REFLECTED ON THEIR WEBSITE". (THEY GET TO INTERPITE RETURN POLICY PER CALL. DEPENDS ON THE CUSTOMER not (AFERICAN AMERICAN) THEY MAY RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT PENLITIES what for a CUSTOMER THAT VOICE IS DIFFERENT (CAUCASIN). WHY MY REPLACEMENT WAS DEEMED THAT I MUST BE LYING, WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE PACKAGE AS PROMISSED BY COACHONLINE OUTLET?
I WANT MY RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER: OPTION TO RETURN (GET REFUND) OR EXCHANGE PRODUCT. WHICH IS EXTENDED TO ALL CUSTOMERS THAT PURCHAS ONLINE!

Beware! Dont buy!

The items are counterfeit, from China. The purses feel like paper and the handle are actually stuffed with paper. The wallets are extremely flat, flimsy, feel like a thin sheet of paper, and the emblem is horrible. I wish I could attach a photo. The fake shades came broken. I have mailed the real Coach.com site but no response. Do not buy from www.onlineoutletcoachfactory.com.

They stole my money. It even shows on the tracking sight that they shipped the product and it is in Chicago customs. These guys are the biggest scammers of all times. Please, please do not order from this company.

Keep away from "coachusafactoryouletstore.com". It is a fraud. I brought a watch from this website and never received it. When I contacted them and only found that all the information listed on the website was fake. They are criminals and bloodsuckers. They are a bunch of human trash.

Do NOT order from OfficiallyCoachStores.com It is a China based company, Shipping is $25 plus bank international fees. I did NOT get what we ordered. Returns are store credit or exchange. It is another $25 to return the product.
