COACH OUTLET ONLINE HAS POOR (RACESISM) CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WAY THEY INTERPRET THEIR RE-PLACEMENT POLICY
I purchased a bag that was be delivered to my address within a week, but it was delivered to a different address WRONG (I live in a complex with more than 500 residents). I checked with my leasing office that confirmed that no one returned packaged to them. Upon contacting ONLINE COACHOUTLET customer service talked to CORPERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER name Felicia (CAUCASIN). She stated that since Delivery Company "USPS' recorded shows that they delivered package and the rest is history. I MUST BE LYING. CORPERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER name Felicia, states that "THEY WILL REPLACE PACKAGE BUT THEY WILL ADD TO RE-ORDER NOT ABLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE" since USPS shows delivered. I may not return product or exchange (MY RIGHTS HAS A CUSTOMER ARE VOIDED); but the problem is that ONLINE COACHOUTLET is treating me as "I AM GUITLY / COMMITED FRAUD / LYING to get 2nd bag?
This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM A COMPANY THAT THINKS THAT CUSTOMERS MUST LYE TO GET FREE STUFF & DOES NOT HOLD DELIVERY COMPANY ACCOUNTABLE FOR DELIVERING TO CORRECT ADDRESS & CUSTOMER MY BE LYING
